Anybody get their hands on a 3000mAh (not a typo) Ego style battery?

Earlier thread got me curious, did a google search and came up with this

It looks like its from Bauway, but when I went to their site I didnt see it.

Man that thing looks like a monster, you could beat somebody up with that thing!

Seems suspect, I googled the model number with no luck. Some mention of it using a STD 18650 battery, if so that would make batts cheaper if its user replaceable.

Not sure what to make of it.

I wouldn't buy a mass produced mod from China, i know it wouldn't last, and i certainly wouldn't trust the batteries and charger that come in the kit, i only use high quality ones such as AW for safety. If it was like 30 bux i might buy one to mess with but that's about it.

Maybe, I found an entry from a Bauway rep on another forum saying they'd be offering 3000mAh ego style batteries along with 950mAh batteries, but then he went on to apologize for the first run of the 1300mAh batteries causing problems.

However the batteries in the picture sure look like the UltraFire 3000mAh 18650 batteries. Which would be extremely cool - you can find those for about 8 bucks each online, replaceable batteries would be excellent.

I saw that, but thats listed as the eGo .... The weight doesn't even match what they give above, so I believe they are talking 2 different PV's

In spite of it'd look like I'm sucking on the end of a flashlight, a 3000mah Ego would sure be useful when I make my multi-day fishing trips, I ordered a 900mah ego kit from Heaven Gifts, a couple extra batteries (for a total of 3 batts), and a PCC but it'd sure be easier carrying just the monster Ego and a bunch of spare 18650 batteries.
