thru Friday the weber is for the daily meat cooking, I can even fit a 14lb turkey on the rotisserie. I only use the smoker on weekends as it can take 18hrs for pork shoulder to finish, its an all wood smoker and I love the slow smoke goodness. Last time I did pulled pork sandwiches with some slaw I smoked 28lbs of shoulder and it was all gone in one family get together, yes there are citified rednecks loose in CA. ps: out of all the states I delivered gas at when I lives in MA. I think NH was the most like CA as far as the people, who doesnt love the saying live free or die. I always had the kids close there eyes when we went up that way, you could feel the road get smoother at the border. Eveyone in MA is mad, crammed together and over taxed, makes for a bunch of fun people.
