Barely got the tractor started yesterday, it doesn't like the below zero temps. Had to spin the starter for 10 minutes before it came to life. And we are due for more tomorrow. Seems in years past it would get cold and about the time I was ready to clear the drive it would warm up a little and the snow would be gone. Not this year so far. Silly wife doen't want me to clear the back deck - says I don't put the snow in the right place - ok, she can do it and spend the rest of the week complaining about a sore arm.

Someone came out in THAT weather to buy a 13yr old saturn?? So this is how you fund your vaping habit. Oh wait.........if you shovel my driveway you can have that car.

I sold it to a junk car place...it was time to put the old girl down LOL They come and get it with a tow truck so I don't have to deal with it :)

Keep track of your plates and turn in the title transfer at dmv. I had a used car come back to 10yrs after I sold it, with a storage fee and a mark on my credit. Now you have more room to pile the snow LOL

No I didn't make it either, had company come in from Wilmington, also wasn't wanting to deal with the Hockey All-Star crowds, don't think QueeninNC was counting on that being in town too. I haven't seen or heard anything from it, hope there were a few people there anyway. We should start a monthly (or at least every qtr.) a local meeting. Seen several from the Raleigh are on here.

OIL undercoated ?? aww the many wonders of WD40, remember you never get to complain about the funny taste in the tap water.........ever. As for the BBQ it was mondo burgers, with bacon and mushrooms which are burgers that actually FIT the bun, thats what the gas grill is for. Monday thru Friday the weber is for the daily meat cooking, I can even fit a 14lb turkey on the rotisserie. I only use the smoker on weekends as it can take 18hrs for pork shoulder to finish, its an all wood smoker and I love the slow smoke goodness. Last time I did pulled pork sandwiches with some slaw I smoked 28lbs of shoulder and it was all gone in one family get together, yes there are citified rednecks loose in CA. ps: out of all the states I delivered gas at when I lives in MA. I think NH was the most like CA as far as the people, who doesnt love the saying live free or die. I always had the kids close there eyes when we went up that way, you could feel the road get smoother at the border. Eveyone in MA is mad, crammed together and over taxed, makes for a bunch of fun people.

Nothing but brand new hydralic oil and not in our yard. We let somebody else deal with the EPA. Yeah don't you love that NH 'Live Free or Die" logo. Be nice if it was true. Soooooo you really do barbeque evry day then.

If your gas weber grill was 3 feet from your back door, why would you cook meat any other way. Grilled steak, chicken, burgers, sausage, halibut filets, hot dogs, venison, and rotisserie any bird or pork roast. Inject marinades for flavor. The grill surface is cast iron and gives that perfect pattern and the fat can drip away for health. A frying pan doesnt come close. PS oil in your neighbors yard is in everyones water table, add road salt for taste mmmmmmmmmmmmm good.

We have a barbeque 3 feet out our back slider but it's just a little buried in snow. We have a Weber also and a small one for our camper. The guy that does the undercoating lives in a different town but no danger to the water table.

We got above 40 today Fran, I broke out the shorts! Are you guys having the roof collapses in your area that we are? Buildings are crumbling like dominoes here from the weight of snow, ice and melt.

Sounds good Driver, I sure miss my grill. Hubby is cooking Osso Buco tonight.

Haven't heard of any. Most people around here are smart enough to get it off when it gets so heavy. We pretty much keep it off so it doesn't build up. We did hear of an accident on the scanner today. A women was clearing snow off her roof and got buried in snow and ice. She had a head injury but we didn't here anything further. January and Feburary are the worse winter months. We're on the downhill side of that now. Hopefully we won't have any March snow but you never know.
