I placed an order on the 17th and have emailed them twice. I have not received a ship confirmation or any email replies. Does anyone know what is going on?

I'm in the same boat as you. Ordered on the 17th, still no shipping confirm. I'm frustrated that an online company is unable to answer emails in a timely manner. I'm going to call on monday to cancel my order if it still hasn't been shipped.
Calm down. They are a start-up company who got gang-banged in sales. They are trying as hard as they can.
I am one of the people who has every right to be ...... with them after the two weeks I have gone through, but they are great people with great products and I am sticking by them.
Oh, and if you guys are going to continue to ream them, be kind and at least use some ecopure as lube. lol.

lol, sorry, so many people complaining about IV right now I just pounced without looking.
I'm not trying to be mean. Like I said, I'm just frustrated with the situation and I'm sure IV is also frazzled by the mess. I'm not accusing them of sitting around, watching TV all day or something. I just wish I could have known about the back-up before I ordered because I'm currently running very low on ecig supplies. Innovapor has great deals and I was really excited to start doing business with them, its just not going as smooth as I had hoped. Sorry if I sounded like an .......
And your jumping on IV customers that are running low or out of supplies is so much better then them jumping on IV. Get off your high horse and shove it.
My order #698 has shipped and is in the hands of USPS, when it gets here who knows, but it has shipped. JFYI

Mind if I asked what you ordered? My order is #622. $75 starter kit with some ecopure added in. Still hasn't shipped.
Thats because of the ecopure then friend. They are almost completely sold out of the ecopure.
Ouch that stings the old cornhole! First pcc's, then attys, now ecopure...I hate my life!! LOL just kidding. **** happens for a reason I guess. These delays have shown me alot of other great suppliers. Ordered from 4 others and am very pleased. Im sure innovapor will come around. I lost my cool there for a min because I had nothing. Wish they would email me or something though!

If that's the case, maybe their system is just glitched or something. Mine is 678 so I hope mine's already shipped out too.
I got order #720 today - I had called them Wednesday using the number on the website - he called me back and let me know they were having some trouble with new carts. I told them I needed my order by today and they express mailed it to me.
My order 705 is now in North Jersey (ecopure and carts)

lol. At this point I don't expect extras, I just want a product that works. Ecopure is this ****, but i told them leave it out if it means getting my order here sooner.
