I saw the InnoVapor folks at Def Con. I'm glad I ran into them, because I had never heard of this class of product before, so I was happy to learn about it.

At the same time, I feel a bit ripped off....or perhaps I shouldn't have been as hasty to make a buying decision right there on the spot.

I see on the website, for $45 you get the Manual 510 INDY PCC Kit which includes:
1 Complete Manual 510 Personal Vaporizers - (1 Battery, 1 Atomizers, 1 Empty Cart for direct dripping)
1 Black 510 Personal Charging Case PCC
3 of our 3ml bottles of ECOpure in your choice of Flavor and Strength
5 Pre-filled Cartridges with ECOpure RICH Very-Hi

And those are the new atomizers....
Using their coupon drops the price to just over $40.

For $60 at the Con I got:
1 Complete Manual 510 Personal Vaporizers - (1 Battery, 1 Atomizer)
1 Black 510 Personal Charging Case PCC
3 Pre-filled Cartridges

And from what I now gather reading these forums, the "titan" style atomizer is not the "new and improved" version. My atomizer appears to be the "titan" style (old and inferior?)

Maybe they just figured that computer geeks are suckers for chicks. I guess I should have done more research and haggled a bit to get a better deal.

Oh well, I'm still glad I was introduced to the product, and gratz to InnoVapor for squeezing an extra $20+ out of me...that kind of thing doesn't happen too often.

Yeah they did get another $20 out of you...But if you were to order from them again, you will see in like 2 orders you will more than make up for it....
Now....I wonder if they had dedicated stock for DefCon? Hmmmmm

    Somewhere between here and there
After reading the posts here, I know I am screwed. I ordered last week hoping to take my ecopure with me on vacation this friday. I have tried four emails and a phone call and still know nothing. The first three emails were returned and I don't know about the fourth yet. As far as the phone call, I got voicemail with no return call yet. I can understand being behind or out of inventory. What I can't understand is not keeping the customers informed. When I go on vacation, I let my customers know I will be gone and make sure that everything is current before I leave.

Yeah, give the guy a break! It can't have been cheap for him to come there and introduce you to your first e-cig. And you got a quality one. Otherwise you might have been exposed in a mall, and then you'd have paid $100 - $150 for a much less desirable vape.
So you got a great one, and I'll bet you got a lesson in vaping, too, didn't you?

I agree...Part of the reason they have those things at conventions is to get you as their customer! Once you do that, you are then rewarded with cheaper prices...thats the way the world works!

The Titan atomizers aren't old nor are they inferior...there is a newer style atty but the normal 510 atty's work incredibly well.

If you want to feel ripped off buy a Smoking Everywhere e-cig like I did last December...I got 2 batteries 1 atomizer, a charger and some pre filled carts all for the low price of $100...the thing is junk.

    Hi all,

Just got back form con, and had a great time. Like Silent.Bob I too bought the same pack form InnoVapor. I'm a little disappointed at spending twenty bucks extra. I figure that I'd not have looked them up to get that savings anyway so what the heck. I'm very happy with my purchase... haven't smoked since I got this thing, and I wasn't even trying to quit. I just ordered a bunch of ECOpure and am very happy with the buy five get a discount thing. so all in all great con. and thanks InnoVapor for taking the time to be there.

Quick question though. I've gotta fly to California Friday, anyone form the con have any luck taking the ECOpure on a plane. I’m a little worried the label speaks of nothing but death, And I’m thinking that my only bottle will get taken away from me at security?

    Thanks,

    - The.

The difference is two-fold. 1) part of their sales pitch is that this was a "special" price for DefCon that was 1/2 off or something like that. Yeah, it was a "special" price that was a 50% increase, not a 50% discount. Secondly, DefCon is more of a "community" than most conventions. There are unwritten rules, and the entire community is all about full-disclosure.

Stating that it is a DefCon special and high-grossing people is kinda uncool IMO, but whatever...I'm not hating on them, I'm not ......, its just irritating.

I packed it in my checked luggage for the flight back. If I wanted to travel with it in my carry-on, I'd probably just put it with my laptop bag, it should look like another random computer part, it has a USB cable after all. For the ecoPure, just follow their rules for packing liquids and it should be fine...it is < 3oz, put it in a zip-loc baggie like TSA says....the bottle is small enough that if you have an old prescription bottle, just drop it in that, it will look like a bottle of prescription eye-drops.
