Judging by all of the Shapeway stuff I've seen, it would be possible to create a sled (ala Tibs, I think - sorry if I'm wrong!) that could be prewired and slid on in for a finished product. What'ch'all think?

Nice. Thanks for the reply! My 3d rendering skills are not up to par, however. It could be another one of those situations where I learn what I need to start/finish a project then forget everything by the next day/week..
