imho everything ive gotten from mbv has been terrible. i got extra shots on some, no extra flavor on others. all of their juices are too thin and ruin cartos. their concentrated flavoring was no good either.

however, many people have good experience with mbv. i wish i could enjoy their juice simply because you cannot beat that price without DIY.

ps want to vomit? try mbv bacon :)

How long did you properly steep them? ;)

Thanks for all the suggestions. I have a couple flavors I LIKE but want to find one I LOVE! Trying a sampler pack sounds good and dont think MBV has that..although they do give free 15 ml samples for orders over $15.

Some of my current favs... understand that I usually run 4 extra shots instead of 2 or 3 because I like 50/50 and sometimes water it down even further with extra VG for SLR vaping (half the nicotine). VG can mute flavors a bit. Extra shots help make up for that.

Absinthe (black licorice+): ZERO flavor shots! This stuff is strong!
Cider Fire: 1 extra shot. I ordered my first bottle with four and it's way too strong to vape. Had to dilute it.
Cinnamon Roll: 2 extra shots would make me happy. I order four because I vape this one a lot in SLR.
White Out: 2 extra shots. Very smooth and flavorful with 2 shots, four shots because I cut it in half with extra VG.
Caramel Apple: 3 extra shots. This one actually seems more flavorful "fresh". The flavor gets more complex with steeping but also seems to mellow out a bit. My first order was 2 shots, now I do 3 or 4 and let it steep.

Most of the fruit flavors like at least 2 extra shots, to keep my palette happy anyway. But that's the problem I've found with every fruit juice I've vaped so far, even those from ROAR (RAWR) and FuZion... Fruits just never taste fruity enough for me.

Lots more flavors and most of them have detailed reviews that can help you base your future purchases from. :)

I tried the Sticky Bun , one extra shot and its very strong! Its ok for a change but I cant vape it very long....feel kind of sick. I did a DIY mix of French Vanilla, Bourbon, Vanilla Tobacco and Pecan which also was ok.....that I can vape all day. But I want something that will make my head explode in joy! :)

Yea they claim you gotta steep them since they're fresh.

Yup. And not just leave them alone... shake the heck out of them, at least once a day. Be sure to take BOTH caps off to let them breath. Try this with ANY juice that you don't immediately care for, from ANY vendor! I've found this helps a lot with juices that taste "flowery" or like "perfume" at first taste.

As I said in one of my earlier posts in this thread "taste" and "better" are both very subjective. If one juice company was capable of producing juices that made EVERYONE happy they would be the only juice company out there. I've been vaping (on and off) for four years now. I've tried a lot of juices from a lot of different companies, many of them no longer in business. In the end? Juice is juice is juice. Most manufacturers use the same flavorings from a small handful of flavor vendors and that said most "quality" juices will be more like each other than vastly different.

One gourmet ($$$) vendor I tried, who shall remain nameless, claims their juice needs no extra flavor shots or "boost" because almost 40% of their juice IS flavoring. Some good juice but nothing miles above any other decent vendor, at least in my humble opinion.

I'm a fan of MBV but I'm not posting in this thread because I think *all* of their juice will make *everyone* happy. Such an animal simply doesn't exist this side of DIY. I'm posting because I've chased some of the higher priced, boutique juices and while some of them were curiously good they weren't good enough to put a dent in my MBV purchases.

Please, feel free to spend your money how you like! I hope anyone that finds something that is on a different plane of existence from all the rest that they at least bother to tell the rest of the vaping world about it! But MBV has a veteran following for a reason, and that reason isn't always just about price ;)

I'm super crazy about Vapor Beast's e-juices, ESPECIALLY the "Holy Grail" RY4. Best RY4 you'll ever taste if you're an RY4 fan. Small selection, but it's the "pick of the crop" & the shipping is fast and free.

This is nice to know! I'm usually not one for tobacco flavors but a friend let me try some RY4 from a local shop. It wasn't all that great but I think get it now and why RY4 seems to be one of those flavor combinations that pretty much every vendor tries to be the best at. I might have to try a sample of that one myself ;)

You said you were sorry you only had the sampler size....well you cant beat MBV for price or shipping time so get to ordering a bigger bottle of your BV :D

hahaha having trouble justifying another order with all of the mbv that i have (but it is probably going to happen)...i do prefer the black velvet.
i also have the sticky bun and can only vape it for like a minute...this bv is dangerous...i can vape my face off without even realizing it...and i only have 10ml bottles LOL
hoard or order...hoard or order? :)

i tried them right out of the box, horrible. them them steep for a week. horrible. now they all have been sitting in a drawer collecting dust and i am sure if i tried them again i still wouldnt like them. juice is much to thin for my liking, and the flavors are much to artificial.

once again this is strictly my opinion. many others love mbv, i simply do not

I think RAWR (I think they changed their name to ROAR), is better, but the cost is almost twice the price. It boils down to "how much are you willing to pay"?

I've only bought from them and wondering if anyone has bought from them also but found someone else better. I'm happy with their product and their shipping is FAST....but always open to trying something else. Just dont want to waste money on the wrong place!

RY4 is a flavoring type. I think Hanson, and RTS Vapes, among others, carries that favor blend. Also, if you have trouble understanding, don't be afraid to ask! I had to learn this jargon too!!!
