Does it matter what colors they are? Or are they made with different materials?

I see that you have copper, metallic, wrinkle...etc

Are they all the same materials? What is it made out of? Plastic? Aluminum?

Green not really my color, had my eye on the black/black or darker colors, damn that mini polished looks sweet too, wish the Reo Grand have a polished one.
All the mechanical mods are made of aluminum . Some are powder coated and anodized .
The cover on the inside of the mod is made of delrin and the button is delrin

Well, I bought a new one and it has blemishes. Actually it has some scratches but its hard to capture them with a camera due to the color. Its blue black. The curve on the side has a thin scratch that can only be seen if you look for it. Next time, I'll just spring for the blemished one. This is my only source for vaping for now and I am sure Rob would exchange it but I can live with it.

In the land of no hills and red dirt
It all depends on the customer I have had customers find flaws in mods I have passed. We all tick a little different .Jack I swear it wasn't me on the grassy noel . I was in Mexico visiting a couple friends

Umm...he said you KNOW who was on the grassy knoll, and alluded to the fact that it wasn't really a guy.

Obviously, he's referring to the infamous polaroid shot of the grassy knoll known as the 'badgeman' picture. BUT further computer analysis show the figure is in fact appearing to wear a severely spiked haircut. BUT we all know the punk movement didn't start until over 10 years later, so no human beings wore their hair like that in 1963. SO....what could have been behind the picket fence wearing what appeared to be severe spikes on its head? What could have then easily blended into the grassland and trees behind that area not attracting the slightest notice? The three hobos were instantly caught behind the grassy knoll and cleared, presumably because none of them had spiky hair. What creature could be trained to accomplish such a task with bread crumbs?

Oh, anyway, just bought a blemished VVG. Thanks.

I think that depends on who you ask . Some paints are more durable then others anodized mods are all really durable

Rob, why are the blemishes sold in the blemished section?

Were they customer returns? Do they operating faulty? Where they dropped? Anything wrong with them other than cosmetic appearances?

I don't care if they have been chewed up by a lion and came out of its end, as long as it works 100% like the new one's I'm good. Don't care if it's all scratched up.

Rob doesn't sell used mods at all, only new. The blemishes are simply that.... blemishes in the finish or metal that he didn't feel was good enough to sell at full price. They operate as all of his mods do or he wouldn't sell them.

Do you know when will Rob get more of the blemished ReoGrand? All out of stock right now...so sad.

While you may benefit from a blemished, I think Robert aims at making perfect REO's! LOL!!!

It's not really a category that is optimal to have stocked. But things happen and often you will find blemished on site.

Actually, the "blemishes" are SO minute, it's very difficult to find it or them. I speak from my own experience, as the first Reo i purchased was a black grand:) supposedly with a blemish. Otherwise, they're exactly like the high quality of the " unblemished' Reos.:)

He offered you 2 blemished mods a couple of days ago. If every person did what you did, then no blemished mods would be for sale on the website and everything would be done through PMs. Rendering the website as useless.

My suggestion would be to take up Rob on his offer.

If you don't like the colour, then spend the extra $30.

This is what a blemished mod looks like

It has some minor scratches, and some of the anodizing didn't make it all the way on the inside.

The product fully matches the description on the website, "These are mods with imperfections in the finish or small scratches. If your unhappy with the unit your welcome to return it for a full refund as long as the unit hasnt been used. "
