I ordered and paid for two of their Vmod XL set almost one and a half months ago. The parcel, although i was given a tracking number, failed to arrive and I wrote to vapage customer service. They asked me to write to USPS myself and I told them that USPS requires the SENDER to make the necessary enquiries. Then they said they will get their warehouse manager to look into it. Two weeks passed and they did not bother to updtae me on anything so i wrote back and they said no answer yet. It seems that they are giving me the runaround and will bore me till I give up. Anyone had such experience with them before? It seems that if your order doesnt reach you, they dont care. I will never buy anything from them ever again.
