Not getting their emails with the tracking number and never got an order confirmation number but they said it shipped out Tuesday. Hmm.

There are thousands of posts about TW in here, Mabey you should take the time to read a few...Also..Pillbox from TW started a video thing on a thread to address issues. I'd start at review of suppliers..Hope that helps.
There is a whole thread of people that are ticked off at them. But in the end it seems that people get their orders. However, if it's not a warratied item they don't seem to cover it even if it's DOA.
My bad, thanks bradsmith and whiskey. It's liquid so I doubt it's under warranty lolol I'll never buy the 5packs of attys or batteries tho that's for sure. But I think they changed or updated their warranty for those if I remember correctly.
I ordered from them last night and have the tracking number in hand right now, seems legit to me.
No that's not what I meant I know they're a legit company, I have ordered tfrom them before with no problems but I was wondering if anyones been having problems with getting the emails or maybe they're having a problem with the automated confirmation responses sending out. That's all
Had trouble getting my MKII back from them when it broke,but other than that they have been ok.I will say out of the devices that I have,other than it breaking once it has been the best one.Took them 9 weeks to get it back to me though which is crap.Would have been more peeved if the English lady I spoke with didn't sound so freakin hot!!
