Just wondering. I still have a few analogs sitting around and I thought maybe that filter material would work in a cart! Anyone tried this?

Y'know, I've thought the same thing m'self...but no, I haven't tried it..I figure polyfill, at what 2 cents a POUND, is a hell of a lot cheaper than having to buy a $10 pack of smokes to cut the filters off. 
I have tried it... not very good, absorbs a lot of liquid and does not want to give it back up...
Cut it down the middle and fit to size of the atomizer. It works pretty well. I've used this several times.
i think there is a video of it being used posted on here somewhere.. but as posted above. it did not work good.. compared to blue foam, tea bag ext..
I tried it with a VA Slims filter and natural filters I bought at tobacco store. it sucked! Filling got real soggy real fast and did not work for very long
I tried it a few months ago. It wasn't real bad, but not as good as using foam. I didn't go out and buy a box of filters because it didn't work as well as I thought it would. In fact someone else brought it up and I tried it. Only once though. That was enough for me to go back to my foam.
I think the "real" filters are too dense and that may be the cause of inproper juice flow to the atty.

I also after the first try cut the filter. I didn't see much of an improvement. Glad it worked for you
I have tried it too. I cut the filter in half down the length into two thin ones and used one half,
spread it out a bit so that it doesn't fall out. Works okay.
(Doing this I also discovered through these forums that you can pop the top of the 510 cartridge, and not only that can also
remove the middle o-ring inside. I guess they are there to stop liquid leaking back up. It surprised me how much liquid had
gathered there. So now it's all hollow and bare inside, and wow, it improves the drag when vaped this way (without the top and o-ring. Guess at home i'ts ok to leave it this way).

I tried the analog filter about my 3rd day into vaping. Popped the atty on the first drag. Needles to hay, I didn't try it again and was walking on eggs hoping my one other atty would last til the spares I ordered arrived.
That is the only atty I've blown in a little over 3 months of vaping.
