So, yesterday was my first official start. I still had about 7 analogs along with the e-cig. By the end of the day I felt soooooo sleepy. I went to bed around 9:45pm. This happen to anyone else?

On Sundays when we spend a few hours with the inlaws, I go without smoking, and I also feel really sleepy. Could it be not enough nicotine?

I would have posted this in the quitting forum, but I'm not allowed to yet.

Having sleep issues ..both too much and too little is common to a lot of people when they quit smoking analogues, including me. It took a week or two to settle down all the way. In the meantime you can certainly adjust your nic. intake a bit to help, but I am not convinced its all about the nicotine. There are a lot of other ingredients in an analogue that could be doing a number on us when we stop.

I didn't notice anything one way or the other, but my Lady does...
She seems to get a hit of energy from her vaping and actually tries not to vape late at night. but she is using super high nic liquid, I use just the regular high.

it takes a (very) short while to get used to it from what I've noticed :)

good luck!

I'm having kind of a similar problem. I've got all 24 mg juice and I find that if I vape late at night I'm kind of wired when I try to go to sleep.

I've been in an almost constant state of transition since I stopped smoking. It's been really really strange.

I have been sleepless and sweaty, sleepy and heavy, tingly and energized, happy and sad like a roller coaster ride. My skin looks "better" (says everyone,) my gums have swollen up, and I swear my hair is falling out.

None of this is new to me really. Every time I've quit smoking in the past this has happened to me. The difference, what's so strange, is that I am not edgy, or mean.

It's amazing to me that while I am vaporizing nicotine, thus remain addicted to it, all these symptoms are from smoke. Just smoke. Not nicotine.

I am so happy to be cleansing my body of these toxins, and if I lose a little sleep, or have to get some more, I'm ok with that.

I find that when I remember to drink a ton of water, and eat three meals a day (so easy to forget about when I was smoking) I feel a lot better, and sleep a lot better too.
