This was always my favorite analog brand. I see vendors sell premixed dunhill juice, and I havent tried it although ppl say the dekang version is rather good.

I would much rather make it myself. Ive searched the forums and cant seem to find a recipe, even try try as a base. Anyone have any ideas? ( outside of buying premixed pls)

Thanks!

The Dunhill(aka Deluxe or Luxury Blend) is easily my favorite of the Dekang flavors. A veteran here, who I don't remember, recommended it to me back soon after I started vaping. Unfortunately many of the US vendors who carry Dekang don't offer it. My guess is because the brand name isn't very familiar to many Americans. People probably instinctively choose flavors with names like USA blend, or variations on Marbro or Red Box if they're venturing into new and unfamiliar territory already with e-cigs, expecting them to taste something like their familiar cigarette brands, which of course they don't.

Mind you, I've never had a real Dunhill analog so I have no idea whether the Dekang or anyone else's attempt tastes anything like it at all. My guess would be no since that's rarely if ever the case with any e-liquid. I don't personally know of a single case actually. If by chance you do decide to try the Dekang version, I recommend you get it from a vendor who offers the direct pre-mixed version from Dekang(as opposed to one who mixes it locally from the Dekang concentrate). I just got some in recently of the locally mixed variety and although it's close and very good in it's own right, it's not quite the same. It's just a tad bit harsher in this case it seems to me, where the pre-mixed was smoother and mellower.

FYI, I have just started to dip my toes into the DIY waters in the past week, if you can even call it that, with some excellent highly concentrated flavors from China being offered by VapingZone(requiring only 2.5% or 1 drop/ml of concentrate in unflavored nicotine e-liquid). There are a couple of ongoing threads on the topic if you were unaware and interested. I've tried 4 of their tobaccos so far and they are excellent, and many of the others I haven't tried yet are very well reviewed. I don't know if any of them would be close to Dunhill in flavor, but you could always inquire with the vendor if interested. I'd been thinking about doing so myself. I've so far found the flavors I've tried to be generally better than the Dekang. Here are the threads:

Good Luck, I'll be looking on with interest to see if you get any bites.

I realize its a diy flavor but its essentially a concentrate and that to me is the same as a premix. Im looking for something along the lines of a recipe I can put together from diy flavors that might get me close as I have a number of tobaccos from tpa and seedmans, and some others ordered from fa that Id like to work with that might get me close to that dunhill type dekang that I have seen.

The dekang seems hard to get unless you order from china, which I have before. I did stalk over to the vz concentrates thread and am going to try some of their bases next month. so thanks for that feedback on it.

I know that there are dunhill concentrates and premixed solutions. I guess Im looking for something more truly diy. Maybe the only way to get close is buy the dunhill mix and try to replicate it but I was hoping maybe someone may have tried to do that already, hence the reason for my post.

Thanks for the thoughts and help. Maybe someone else will chime in with thoughts or a recipie.
