Anyone have a Tatroe tank?

This is an all stainless steel tank that uses the base and coil from the Pro tank. I've got one, and the central air tube seems to be too long. It presses down too hard on the silicone gasket on the Pro Tank head and cuts off the juice flow even after removing a wick. I've tried loosening the base a turn, and even notching the gasket, but I can only get 1 or 2 hits before the wick/coil is dry. Any ideas, or directions to a Tatroe specific thread?

I finally contacted Cigtechs about this, and they are sending me a new tank. Ya gotta love these e-cig vendors. They seem to be extremely helpful with customer concerns, more so than a lot of businesses. Good on you, Cigtechs!
