I sent my 2 week old ProVari in on the 1st (2-3 flat rate), and I still haven't heard any updates other than that they have received it. I was just wondering if anyone has had prior experience with their warranty service so I know what to expect.
Depends on what was wrong with it. The one time I sent one in it was replaced (finish problem) so I had a new one in my hand in 6 or 7 days. If you had a more serious problem and/or they're backed up for some reason (or shipping from the sale on the 4th is still pretty crazy) it could take a little bit longer. You won't hear anything until it ships. Since it's been 10 days, I'd drop them a line. Email whoever handled your initial complaint directly.
