Just wanted to say thanks to Provape for their fantastic customer service. I needed to send my provari mini back for a minor repair, they took care of it and sent it back the day after it arrived there. I sent it out last friday afternoon, and it was back in my hands a week later! Cecilia was extremely helpful in our communication before I sent it out, and laid any concerns I had to rest. The experience certainly made me glad to have purchased the device from a company that stands behind their product and provides customer service that goes above and beyond!

I emailed Provape after a day of trying with a Joye atty I got from them. I know that you can't return attys but I emailed them anyway. I apologized for even sending the email, but the atty just would not perform the way the others have. So, I waited for the response. My response was an apology with a confirmation number for tracking the shipping of a new atty they are sending to me.:thumbs: My Provari, juices and I, all thank you Provape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
