Anyone have experience with the V4L batteries (KR808D)?

I just ordered some new products (making the switch from my ProSmoke, which all things considered I think works great for how tiny it is). I was refilling cartridges myself though, their pre-filled had no taste to me. So my biggest issue was how often I had to fill the tiny carts.

Anyway...on to my main point. I ordered a starter kit from V4L, which is the KR808D. I initially ordered the auto batteries, which i quickly learned was not the best route, so they sent me manuals to replace them. My main question is, has anyone else found this e-cig to be really noisy? The crackling sound the carto makes isn't what bothers me that much, its the loud "airy" sound I hear the entire time I am inhaling. Hard sound to explain, just can hear the sucking noise loud & clear. Did anyone else experience this with these batteries, or did I perhaps get a defect?

Also - if you have used this product, what did you think of the TH? I am using my favorite juice from BWB in the V4L blank CoolCarts, but I feel like I'm not getting as much throat hit as I do with my other products with the same juice.

Just interested in other peoples experiences with this model. Thanks so much!

I have used them, and you are right; they are noisy. But it is normal for them, and so no problem. As far as TH, I believe the WOW cartos will provide better TH. Someone will correct me if I am wrong.

I am going to echo the post from player30; if you want more throat hit, get the WOW carts. A WOW cart on a manual XL is going to give you the throat hit you are looking for.

coolcarts are 3.0 ohms ,WOWs are 2.6 ohm , lower ohms more TH. manual batts have a longer hit time 10 sec. I have two
V4l manuals, 2 Volts autos , I use the V4L all the time.

Oh...one more question on the prefilled CoolCarts. 2 boxes of the prefilled came with my starter kit, and I'm really not a fan of most of the flavors. (I'm just so partial to my juice from BWB). Is there anyway to empy those out so I can at least use the cartos with my own juice? I tried the "reverse taryn spin", but I either did something wrong, or maybe it doesnt work with pre-filled? Any tips here are GREATLY appreciated! I'd hate to see 10 cartos go to waste!

I tried everything to get them emptied!! The only thing that worked was using the steamer on my espresso maker, but even after I used the taryn spin they took a few days to dry. I finally just started blowing out some of the juice in there, and topping off with a more desirable flavor, vape some, top off, repeat. I still have one of the undesirables left that I can't even look at... I ended up ordering some cool and WOW blanks and vape using them. V4L constantly has sales, sign up for their email and you'll get the codes.

That's too funny! I'm actually trying to think if I know anyone with an espresso maker (I unfortunately don't have one). LOL! My guess is getting some of the blank WOW cartos is probably a more cost effective option than running out for an espresso machine today though! I saw a youtube vide of someone doing the reverse taryn spin on one of the V4L coolcarts, and it looked SO easy....but perhaps it wasn't actually a prefilled. Thanks again for the info!

I have used V4L and like their WOW carts with cinnamon roll. Plenty of th and flavor. Higher nic helps with the th too.
