Hello all,
I have to say I am a nubee and this is one fantastic forum.
Thank you to everyone that spends time here giving us all the helpful info
that you give.I have been reading on this forum for a week now and WOW,it certainly can be overwhelming (not sure about my spelling).
I thought about trying the kit from Red Dragon Products but have only seen 2 reveiws on them, not bad but not much to go on.I was wondering if anyone has heard of them or has tried their product. It is a 2 pc. that you are able to reload the carts with juice.
I tell ya after all the reading im leaning towards the 510

thanks for any input!!!

I have had one since just before Thanksgiving and I've had very good luck with it EXCEPT that the battery life truly leaves something to be desired. With mine, the batteries last perhaps an hour before I have to recharge and recharging takes longer than the hour it takes for me to go through the second battery. However, I must say that I am a hopeless "chain-vaper" so I put my batteries through the wringer so you might have better luck. I was very happy with the vapor produced and the taste (cherry and vanilla, didn't try the others) and you CAN refill the cartridges, but don't count on them lasting forever.

The folks over at Red Dragon were super nice to me and when one of the initial batteries that came with the kit died within the first week they sent me a new one with no questions, no arguments, just an apology and fast delivery of the replacement. That wins points with me.

I have already purchased another e-cig, though. After reading through here and doing alot of thinking I picked up an 801 penstyle that suits me better (bigger cartridges, available passthrough so that I don't have to rely on batteries, etc.). I do still love my little two piece and that's what I take with me when I'm running about on short shopping trips, etc. No problems with them so long as I remember that I can't puff myself foggy the whole time.

I would suggest you do what I did and keep reading! It does get overwhelming, so occasionally take some time off to get your head on straight again, LOL. You might be right and a 501 might be better - so much depends on the individual. IF you choose to pick up one of the Red Dragons, though, I don't think you'll be horribly disappointed ...just keep in mind the drawbacks.

Just my 2-cents, luv, and hope it helps.

Was my very very first e-cig - the el' cheapo kit with just the single cart, batt and usb charger. But, it got me hooked on e-cigs and I've never looked back.

I didn't like the price/shipping time for carts and the batt life was an issue for me as well so I quickly went to a 3 piece 901 and then the Janty Stick (801) and have been there for 6+ months.

The prefilled carts tasted like toad turds, battery life was non-existent.
Bought a Titan 510 Mega kit from Totally Wicked, and world of difference between the 2 models. Like filling my own cartridges, and w/ blanks, the flavor choices are endless.

Battery life on my 510 megas is about 4 hrs, w/ heavy vaping.

Good luck in your efforts.

Hey how's it going?
Although im completely new to the vaping world my first e cig has been the Red Dragon ecig. Not a bad first choice. I'm still using it now. The battery concerns you hear about are completely true. It is one of my main draw backs on it. I talked to them they said they are coming out with a pass through in the coming weeks which i am excited about because im a chain vaporer. The flavors are alright, nothing special, I'm currently buying empty cartridges from red dragon (you can do that, just reply to the order confirmation email and say u want empty cartidges) and drippin with Johnson creek liquid and it seems to work well. took some failed attempts but i got the hang of it now.
I am currently searching the site for advise on a different e cig. I like a heavy Vapor and good throat hit. I keep hearing about the 501 so im starting to lean towards that but ill definitely like to hear about other products people have had success with. Like i said i am a chain vaporer and want a good throat hit. any advise people have would be amazing! thanks guys. This site is amazing for nuub Ecig users!
