I have the cool fire 1, and it works great with the 30s. The 30b wasn't bad, but I replaced the coil, now it floods out a lot. I picked up a x.1 the other day and I love it, but it has a very airy draw. I personally like that but if you don't it probably isn't for you. It is also the only Pyrex tank I have seen from Innokin. The coils are interchangeable with the 30b tho. looks pretty nice on the mod too.View attachment 305401

Nice. The tank is called x.1?

When you mentioned flooding, which avenue did the liquid usually escape from? Beneath the coil?

I was getting a lot of gurgling from the new coil. I took the tank off and the 510 connection had a LOT of juice in it. I think it is coming through the center of the coil from where the center tube of the tank connects with the coil. The x.1 coil is a bit larger than the 30b but fits perfectly. The tank comes as part of the 134 mini kit or separately. It comes with 2 replacement coils which is good because Innokin hasn't released the replacement coils yet.

Hmm.. I'm kind of thinking of ways to mod it a little ie. Add washer, using pipe tape etc to seal it proper. But not sure what material will be able to withstand the heat of the coil though.

The x.1 sounds like something I'd look into. From my research, there really isn't any perfect tank atm I think. But it may partly be due to how we use them proper etc.

I am pretty sure it was the coil on mine. You may try a larger rubber ring on yours. I tried a x.1 coil, and no problem. When I got it, the tank worked pretty well. I think my all around favorite is still the 30s, they tend to drink a lot of juice with all those wicks though. I have had trouble with the coils on them on occasion too. The technology changes pretty fast, though, and one day soon hopefully they will develop the perfect system.

The deliveryman came with the Cool Fire 1! Fired it up with iclear 30b about an hour ago and so far it's looking good - airy but it's fine. Vapour production was good and flavour was there definitely. I tried it on Halo's Midnight Apple.

Occasionally I see a bubble floating from the coil. That might suggest air is escaping from the bottom and replaced with.. liquid. I can't confirm atm but I hope it's just cos I was vaping the liquid out. Will update any further progress..
