yeah, i am wondering if similar cars might be the better option to make it more interesting, sometimes its really boring to watch

You get that in the lower formula races and porsche cup... can be fun to watch sometimes, but F1 is where it's at really. I preferred it when they had 2 tyre suppliers, seemed to mix things up a bit. I also love to see it raining for quali and the race, always makes it more exciting :)

 That's like forgetting to get dressed in the morning

On the day I got married (many years ago), I made sure that it was after the F1 race at Belgium had finished. You can get married any time, but F1 is for life

Have you been to any of the races mate? I've only been to Silverstone for it once and it rained pretty much throughout (1998). We had to camp the night before and then the queue is immense when we went to join it at 5am. Schumacher won, but Hakkinen should have taken it. Still a great day out though. I fancied going to Monaco as you can just find yourself somewhere to watch it for free, but no-one was up for it at the time and i didnt want to go on my tod.

you could anneal the wire first cody,

That will soften it and take the spring out of it.

I always torch the wire first, makes it a lot easier to work with. Then once you've rolled the perfect coil, torch it again. Just don't burn your fingers, like I did the first time

Cheers for all the top tips :)

I might have to pop into Wickes tomorrow and get myself a blow-torch.

Boring ?

I would rather stand on a motorway bridge, and watch all the idiots.

well sometimes the coverage is not the best, the action is sometimes not covered, instead of focussing where the overtaking is happening they follow the cars up front where there are 5-30 second gaps, can be really annoying at times

i dont want to watch vettel extending his lead!

On the plus side for the coverage, no ads on bbc and no martin brundle.

On the downside for the coverage, no murray walker & half the races on sky.

As you say snout, they are always missing out important overtaking maneoeuvres whilst covering other things. (maneoeuvres is so hard to spell!). Nice to sit down and chill on a Sunday to watch the race and have a vape though :)

Anyhow guys, it's time for me to hit the hay. Not sure if i should leave my battery on charge... it's a safe charger that is supposed to shut itself off to avoid overcharging, but not sure about it. I wont have time to recharge before i go and pick my son up tomorrow though. What to do, what to do!!

G'night all.

Should be fine to leave it on charge mate,

I forget, and do it all the time.:p

You may already had a look but when you get your Reo Ian you will be able to pick up some good tips, troubleshooting posts etc in the Reo forum.

There is also some good maintenance vids that Rob has put on there.

There is also a kit that Rob is working that will hopefully be available soon.

It is designed to dramatically reduce the voltage drop under load extending the battery life even further. I hear it includes a different neg spring and a copper berileum posi firing pin ( no arcing )

i am not sure if he is doing anything with the 510 connection but there is small gains to be had from sanding the plating off.

Not that I have tried that myself but i will be all over the kit when it is ready.

BTW - I hope you don't mind but I have already told the guys over there that there is a reo on its way to another excited UK vapor.

No not been to any races mate, too busy working

I've always said though, if I won the lottery jackpot, one of the things I'd do is follow the F1 circus around for a full season - VIP passes, top hotels the works, probably blow a few thousand just on that ;)

Thanks for that Paul. Don't mind at all mate - I'll be popping by to say hello at some point. I do pop into the KFL and Vmod threads from time to time, even if I don't post much. Think I'll try the Reo standard first, then have a look at some modding in the future. But it's good to know there's options out there for a bit of tinkering when I get bored. I usually end up modding most of my gear over time

Right, I am just going to try that liquid out what i moddified. Be back in a minute with my findings.

Well i can honestly say, that it really has worked and the almond flavour improved the flavour immensely. I am getting a lovely sweet nutty taste, and i reckon i will go through this pretty quickly.

Thanks for your help with this one Ian :thumbs: And the good thing is,the flavouring goes such a long way, i can add some to the other liquids i am not too keen on.

I've been rotating Protanks on several different mods with different juices and realized that the little replaceable Atomizer Coil Heads tend to unscrew quite often :/ I've thought it was the mod or a dead battery, and changed everything out only to find that it's the Atomizer Coil Head each time. Moody little buggers, they are!

Someone mentioned that the Iclear 30 isn't the best purchase I could make and after receiving one as a classified package deal, I agree! :p Unfortunately, I put a tank cracker juice with one of the FT X9 Plastic Protank and it cracked in three places, right down the center of the tube. I cleaned it up, thinking I could salvage it for parts at some point and it broke in a clean line at the base & top LOL I can't see well enough to tell if it screws in, but it's a TIGHT FIT, however it's assembled :p The AGA-T2 Genesis Rebuildable Atomizer, WHICH IS WHAT I REALLY WANTED FROM THE CLASSIE, is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo airy from a hole drilled through the side that it's impossible to vape. And then I read 'it also no longer has a screw down top which will allow you to better place the air hole to where you like it'.

dum de dum dum...

Turn da top, turn da top VIOLA! Tighter draw and great vape!

Well that's a great result mate, I'm happy it's worked out for you Terry.

Like you say, the flavouring lasts ages. The caramel I got from LF has made up about 300ml so far and I've still got loads left

Yeah, you have to be careful with the atty heads Lisa, I do tend to overtighten them a little bit because of this.

I remember saying about the iClear30s, the flavour and vapour from mine was superb, but whatever I did with it, it leaked like a sieve. Because of this, it's now sat in my spares box. I had to keep taking it off the mod two or three times a day to soak up the leaking juice.

If the airhole has been drilled out too big on the aga, you can either rotate the topcap like you say, or put some electrical or duct tape over the hole then use a pin to get the right size airhole for you. I'm thinking of drilling out the airhole in my aga, but only by about 0.5 mm. At the moment, at 1mm, it's a bit too tight for me.
