I find that quite sad Lisa, that you have to wrap your own prezzies for Christmas

Why not take them into work and get someone to do it for you, that way it will feel more like a surprise. Or get Emmy to wrap them :D

Nah, I'll just UNwrap the fasttech envelope :p Waste wrap on my own package o_O Are you daft, man?!?!?! And to be honest, it is highly unlikely that I'll wait for Christmas day =] We usually have 10-12 days off for the holidays, so I'll be having a jolly old time with this $45.16 INNOKIN iTaste MVP 2600mAh Variable Voltage E-Cigarettes Set - silver / with iClear 16 atomizers at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping!

Burnie, I saw your post in another thread and decided to go with these for my E-pipe:

$12.92 Kamry eCab V2 900mAh Electronic Cigarette Interchangeable Battery at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$19.04 E-Pipe Mechanical Mod / E-Cigarette Battery Compartment - chromed brass / with delrin insulator at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$3.06 Stainless Steel Curved Drip Tip for 510 / ViVi Nova / DCT at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$7.92 T1 SCT Single Coil Cartomizer Tank (2.5mL) - 1.8ohm / translucent at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I'd prefer the Gandalf pipe stem, but it's not likely that I'll get one for the prices I am seeing, so I am CONSIDERING altering the actual plastic pipe stems. I am thinking of warming the tip a bit and then fitting it into a metal Boge carto to get the exact fit. I've got an old cracked one set aside to test now =]

I'll buy us dinner or at least a pint or two ;)

Terry - honestly, there are no diagnostics needed on the coils i have made for the KFL - they were really really bad compared to the vids i have seen. Mine look unevenly spaced, wire looks wonky and either too tight or too lose whereas on the vids and from the pics that i have seen on here they look like they have been made by a professional coil making machine... so accurate and precise with such a tiny little area to work with! You guys have more skill than you give yourselves credit for.

Hey cody don`t beat yourself up about it,

As i have said in the past, It is a new learning curve ( And that is all it is ) when you have got it right you will wonder what all the fuss was about, and you will get it right mate... keep the faith.:)

I've decide I'll do the photo tutorial on sunday first, see if that helps. I'll be using cotton though, but I'll put all the info in there so it's easy enough to follow.

Not sure if I'd be able to wrap a coil after a couple of pints ;)

LOL, no worries :)

To be honest, if the FT ones work out ok then i'll just stick with them as i really arent much cop with this kind of thing... too small and fiddly for me!

I'll have to log off to do the picky on my phone, then I need a soak in the bath. So I'll be back later for comments ;)

Bloody hell lisa,

You have been busy spending your dollars :D

I DID mention that I needed to 'think' about it, did I not? I've been reading reviews about the MVP2, watching Fasttech reviews and discussions about the MVP1 being shipped instead, people discussing that they received the MVP2 in the silver, watching videos... I don't usually spend so much on mods, $10-$20 is okay with the merest thought, but pushing to $50 and I take a bit of time LOL

But, what can I say, IT'S FASTTECH, so if it's a dud, I'll return it. They've been very agreeable since I started shopping with them ages ago. And I don't want to admit the number of times that I thought my packages were short or something was damaged and contacted them, ONLY to find out that it was my fault for not paying attention to split package emails, or I just lost track of my items, or whatever.

Oi! I have that RSST! I don't like that bugger at all! I prefer the looks of https://www.fasttech.com/products/1431801 much more =] I'll admit, though I have no idea how they vape! LOL Still have to put a coil to them!

I think it's time to place another fast tech order whilst things look like they are getting through quickly. I think i will add their igo-l clone to my order of a 50 pack of the 1.8ohm coils unless anyone thinks i would be better off with something else instead? Basically, it's just to get the order over the $15 mark.

$9.59 Replacement Wicks and Wires for Rebuildable Atomizer (50-Pack) 50-pack - 1.8ohm / multi wicks at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$7.67 IGO-L Rebuildable Stainless Steel Dripping Atomizer - double heating wires / 1.6ohm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

.... Actually I just remember Terry recommended the trident - twice the price of the igo-l though... decisions decisions!

$16.35 Trident 24K Gold Plated Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer(RDA) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I've got the $7.67 IGO-L Rebuildable Stainless Steel Dripping Atomizer - double heating wires / 1.6ohm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping and I like it pretty well, although it IS a DRIPPER and I prefer my toppers over 1ml. I will say that the Fasttech Trident is gorgeous, though... I've too many toppers needing coils or I'd snag it up...

EDIT:

Cody, perhaps you should check out the pictures, snoop around, and ask about the finish on the Trident. This thread shows a picture of a Trident and it looks like a coating is wearing off it and it's pitted.

I'm leaning towards the trident because i've just realised that gold is gonna match my ba gua, and if i whip the drip tip off it and stick my gold one on instead it's gonna look so blingy :p

Cody the trident is very easy to coil,

Because you do not have to thread the coil through tiny holes. What you have when you take the screws off the posts, are slots.

So you slot your coil legs in one at a time, put the screews back on and adjust as needed; before tightening the screws fully home.

Really easy mate.

Shouting? Who is shouting? I am putting emphasis on words =] Well, the milky plastic tank on the RSST is cheap looking. I prefer the clear tank even if it is polycarb as well. Don't listen to me, I have it, but I've done nothing with it because of the looks I should coil it and put tobacco in it to vape at home since I don't take out the larger toppers.

Now I LOVE the look of the AGA T2, but I've got to re-coil it. I dumped it's juice this AM for a re-coil tonight =] The only way I could get a good vape off it was at 4.5+ on the eVic. And then the eVic started saying there was no topper attached, so I know I had to re-coil it LOLOLOL I'll get a vape going in the Fasttech ATTY, AGA T2, and the RSST this weekend and see what happens =] I have the Pisces to take out and about since the Fasttech Sentinel turned out to be such a sad piece with it's bloody mushy threads :/
