Thats strange, when i click on it, it goes to my ticket ???
Anyhoo they are saying because of the strict package inspection at hk post, most of the packages are stuck there waiting to be processed. And due to the heavy work load the scanning process is also affected.
Tracking service is also affected in this case, sorry blah blah blah; just keep checking your tracking, and if it still does not work in a few days let us know, and we will look into it. It clearly isn`t fasttech`s fault, just these bleeding restrictions at the post office.
I was reading some of the most recent complaints and I just had the 'frisson' of fear... They are refunding September returned packages and someone made the comment that he bought something over a week ago and there's been no update, so FT is using the money from current purchases to pay for refunds on orders from perhaps as far back as 2 months, where the money has already been spent.
I hope not, but it creeped me out XD

Hmmm thats worrying isn`t it,
I have decided that i will give each of my orders 1 month exactly to come to my door, If it doesn`t i will get a refund through paypal; no two ways about it.
I go the other way, the sooner I pull the trigger, he sooner it gets to me. It helps that I have enough stock for months of vaping so the only urgency is my impatience.
I've got that one in my wishlist too Lisa, as soon as I saw it I thought finally something that might just hold all my gear - well most of it anyway

Ian all you need is a block of 4 x 2 and some flat bits, and you are done. when i get round to it i am going to make one ! I built a lean too On the side of my house to keep my motor bike in, so i have got loads of off cuts. May as well put some of it too good use.

Hong Kong Post 15-Day Delay Alert (non-US orders)
We were told by Ms. Wong at Hong Kong Post that they are currently experiencing a typical 15-day delay for tracking numbers prefixed by "RT", in the pattern of RT#########HK. The alert that Ms. Wong delivered was a result of repeated complaints FastTech filed against packages shipped in the past one and a half months.
The "RT" tracking numbers represent the non-US shipping service that Hong Kong Post provides to local businesses. FastTech has been using this particular shipping for all non-US orders in the past year.
In light of this delay, FastTech is now officially moving away from Hong Kong Post's merchant services for non-US orders. We will stay away until the said delay resolves.
Almost all (98%+) unshipped orders that are on "Registered Airmail" shipping service will be re-routed to alternative services. The term "almost all" is used here because while all major countries are supported, not all countries around the globe are supported by these alternative shippers.
FastTech has also cleared account settings for non-US customers who have previously requested us to ship all their orders via Hong Kong Post. We have contacted these customers individually via e-mail to make them aware of this change. In the meantime, packages will get re-routed to Swiss Post, China Post, and Singapore Post.
Please note that USPS first-class (aka ePacket) packages will remain shipped via Hong Kong Post as it still yields the best delivery time for US customers.
Here is what's going to happen when you select the various "registered airmail" shipping methods during checkout:
Registered Air Mail
-> Shipped via Swiss Post, China Post, or Singapore Post. Decided by FastTech depending on order contents, at shipping time.
USPS first-class
-> Shipped via Hong Kong Post's ePacket/USPS service
Registered Airmail via Swiss Post
-> Shipped via Swiss Post
Registered Airmail via China Post
-> Shipped via China Post
Registered Airmail via Singapore Post
-> Shipped via Singapore Post. If there is cylindrical batteries, order will reroute to other shipping methods.
Please note that in some cases (we expect to be rare), FastTech may have to change your selected shipping method. In those cases, we will contact you and notify you of the reason and will offer you the chance to cancel your order within 48 hours. Should you choose to proceed shipping and there happens to be a difference in shipping fees, FastTech will refund you the difference.

well you won`t be waiting long for jj mate, he really is on the ball Usually 1 or 2 days wait. as for your f/t orders, maybe you will have them by christmas 2014 lol.
VapeEscape order is definitely being dispatched today, includes a few samples and Black Cat 30ml's. Think I'll be vaping come Wednesday next week after a bit of steeping!
Yes i got my hypertank from them mate,
They are also very quick when it comes to delivery. I ordered it on an evening out of business hours, and i had it in about 36 hours.
If the coils i get from FT are decent then i think i will order a couple of hundred to keep me going. I'm really suprised that none of the UK based vendors have tried selling pre-made coils. I'm sure there must be other lazy vapers like me out there that would happily pay for pre-mades!

I tried to buy 1.8 protank heads (5 packs) today then got sidetracked. Sold out already.
I've got a stash of them for when my hands are cramped up. I'm not too happy about the silica breaking apart so easily and floating about the juice. I've just gotten some braided ekowool in and I think I'll thread it through a FT coil to see how it does.
In other news, I've found the bottom of my Fasttech ATTY or iATTY as other's have called it. I vaped it like a freight train one Saturday night and when I woke my PC tank had split top to bottom and juice was everywhere. I must have sat it down too hard and cracked it :/ Regardless, I have thought of that magnificent vape many, many times, so I have got it on order in Pyrex. And now that I've found the bottom again I can see if I have any other tanks that fit it.

You are to tanks, as i am to mods... Breaking the bloody things all the time. I hope you can mix and match it though, is the pyrex one from fasttech ? EDIT: sorry i mean`t not so fasttech
