Yep it does look that way mate, but to be honest I'm not 100% on that one. Cos I can remove that section for cleaning or swapping out the o-ring. Maybe, FT didn't realise it could be pushed down for coil building

So you can take it out completely, or just slide it down when coil building ??

Something else I've just thought of. The taifun logo and serial number are inside the tank, so basically they are covered in juice. I'm just wondering how the logos are put on with the FT clone. It would have to be resistant to ejuice, whatever method they've used.

I'm presuming tracking doesn't update for the occasional order?

I had an order shipped two days after my first order (First arrived Thursday), and it still has the first tracking status... Was kind of hoping it would arrive today or start of next week, but the tracking hasn't updated.

***UPDATE ON THE ROCKET***

Cracked it guys and gals,

After watching the Y/T video again, I pinched an o-ring off my V5 dripper and placed it over the bottom white o-ring. Totally removed the airflow screw, nervously re-filled, using the same method as the vid; and hey presto.

I have been vaping on it now for half an hour, and not one sign of any leakage whatsoever. I am getting nice T/H and producing some beautifull clouds. I just need to dump the crappy bubblegum liquid now, and fill it with something nice LOL.

So just to conclude, take the airflow screw out, and put it away; see if you can pinch an o-ring from one of your other toppers and place that right at the bottom, over the crappy white one. Fill it from the top, topcap on one turn only;Turn the rocket upside down then fully tighten the topcap down (whilst upside down) And bingo, you are done. Happy days, as i was seriously thinking of binning it.

Just a quick edit: I have been thinking about the o-ring problem and may have a quick fix. You know them little elastic bands about the same diameter as your pinky ?? I bet they would work a treat

I have had orders in the past where the tracking never worked, but still got my stuff so i wouldn`t worry too much about it. I do know what you mean though, it can get a bit frustrating LOL. sometimes you need to refresh the tracking page 2 or 3 times, to get it to update.

I used to use them when i started vaping, they are a decent company and i have had many chats with the owner (min) who is a lovely guy. I am sure i read somewhere on their site that they are shipping free to the us, but don`t quote me on that The quickest delivery i had was only 8 days from ordering.

That's great news Terry. If it's still going strong in another couple of days, I might have another play with mine. Not touched them for days now.

It will probably be next weekend though, I'm working every day now until next Friday

FT update time.

The oldest order (with the vacuum packing bags) is still only showing acceptance with Sing Post.
The next order (with the display stand), left on a plane 2 days ago.
The last order (with the kayfun 3.1) should hopefully get posted in about 4 days, fingers crossed.

I have re-filled it with the liqua apple, and i am getting tons of flavour and vapour; well chuffed with it. At least we now know it is only the bottom seal which causes the problem.

what you could do ian as you have 3 rockets, is just take one of the seals out of one, and double up on the other; that should sort it

You may even get them by the end of next week claire. My last order using S/G post sat in hong kong for 4 days, but after it was despatched it reached me very quickly.

Honestly mate i have not put it down since i got it sorted, Getting a bit sick of the apple now though LOL. But bloody hell it has got to be my fave tank atm, really massive everything with it.

If the taifun is only half as good as this is i would be happy.
