Hi Burnie, and thank you for the welcome!

I tend to be around in a 'semi-different UK time zone' at times as I work at home and do need some hours of quiet concentration.

I have a few friends and colleauges in the US: LA, Missouri, Montana, Washington, Massachusetts etc. So they all seem to be in different time zones. Had one in Oregon but she's gone to CA now - same coast though I think.

..and yes, everyone is so very nice and also helpful.

I like the eSmart for it's being between the little ones and the Kanger Evod - the battery doesn't last that long though even if they are physically bigger than cig size batteries - the V2's are 380mAh 4.2v, eSmart 320 3.4v. Hence me having a couple of spare ones so I always have a charged up spare. Out of three starter kits I tried, the V2 batteries have been the most reliably consistent.
I've had a look at the Vision Vivi Nova ..a tank ...in different sizes. The mini looks OK for me so I may try one

I first got a bad reaction to PG around 6 weeks after I stopped smoking - started wheezing now and then and then got an attack that seems similar to asthma: tight throat and lungs felt like concrete. I could hardly breathe for a few hours. Very uncomfortable.
Also, while using vanilla cartridges when still using the cigs/cartridge type, I started getting wheezy too, and realised that vanilla didn't agree with me. I hadn't realised that the vanilla cartridges were similar to things like the liquids with custard/vanilla/cream & some caramel too. So once settled nicely with new batteries/clearomisers with VG, I began to realise that those custard type flavours were also giving me quite scary breathing problems at times when I'd been using a custard/vanilla one. I got the same with a strawberry and a blackberry fruit one of all things! I love the Blackberry so will use it lightly and sparingly.
That's why I'm so wary of the delightful dessert type ones. One vanilla custard actually made my throat so raw it bled a little.
Finding that Jamaican Ginger was terrific for me and it had me smiling for a whole day. ...I'm not supposed to get a silly grin, I'm supposed to be suffering to give up smoking!
So, any good quality liquid supplier/maker who will make me all VG is a treasure. CV have done it and so did LT and both have been very helpful and very nice. I have some Decadent Vapours due to arrive, and I ordered those in VG, so I'm hoping I like those too.

I have the Hawaiian Pud on order and although I thought the pineapple flavours would be a bit acidic, I get the feeling that this one won't be!
Something about the tasty dessert and sweet type ones seems to make me not want to eat between meals, so that's another good thing. I know of people who gave up smoking and put a few stones on! I put 2lbs on!


Hope you like it too! My first impression of it was warm ginger pudding with syrup, Demerara sugar, and a cream/vanilla sauce - not overpowering, and for me, just right.

The hawaiian pud is not acidic at all trish, just imagine a pineapple sponge cake and that is what you get. You really can taste the sponge, i don`t know how they do it but it is a great vape. In fact cv is one of my favourite vendors, i don`t think i have had a bad juice from them.

EDIT: I forgot to mention spotteddick and custard as well Trish, one of my faves.

I actually love the sound of the apple pie one trish, but the irish cream bit puts me off. Whisky hate the stuff. I am not too sure, but if i remember correctly joose juice do a nice apple pie, i really enjoyed that one .

I'm not keen on whisky per se (or any other spirit really), but do like a good Irish Coffee. Any dessert with a little bit of an alcoholic taste is usually nice I think - we'll see ...I'll tell you what the Apple Pie one is like. I don't drink, but odd things are nice occasionally: a good glass of Merlot/Cabernet, Kings Ginger (zesty lemon liqueur with ginger), Cognac. The wine I may have a glass once a week, but the others are rarer.
I have a couple of bottles of Rekordelig Peach & Apricot cider put aside for warmer weather - not sure if it'll be nice as we don't usually drink cider, but it does sound as though it'll be nice ice cold ...as long as it isn't sickeningly sweet!

I've been revisiting a couple of mine with a degree of PG in them the past few days, and I've already got a few patches of eczema on my face! That was the first reaction I had to PG, so if I carry on, I'll get the shortness of breath again no doubt.
Seeing I have a few coming with some PG percentage in them, I'll need to be really careful with them.

Plum & Ginger cake ..with some cream/custard added does sound nice to me for a liquid ..I love cooked plums

Thought I'd come and give an update;

I'm still smoking on nights out and occasionally at work But my MVP is brilliant, and I just keep buying things on pay day! I'm remaining confident i'll come off the cigs altogether, and it's still a massive improvement on the 15+ I was smoking a day.

Waiting on another order from fastech, includes an iClear 30s and an SVD. Which means I'll have two top devices on me now, no need to keep splashing out, only on liquids

I got the original iClear 30 last month...absolute tosh.

Another quick update: My 2nd parcel via China Post arrived yesterday shipped 18/04 dispatched 24/04 (easter between) arrived 28/04 so it looks like China post is very fast, in the parcel was 2 Tridents, one SS and one 24K, very nice, once I finally managed to work out how to get 2 air holes open (what a b a s t a r d) had to use the grips. Now vaping Black Honey Cream from Strix, luvverly Clouds galore.

Haven't got round to trying the Jamaican Cake yet, but looking forward to it, I love the real one you get in the supermarket.

Well, they arrived - fast as before!
Seeing the Jamaican ginger was so good right away, I decided to have a taste of a few ...well! - couldn't resist.

You're right about the Hawaiian Pud: lovely sweet pineapple flavour together with the sponge and a light creaminess! Very nice.

I also tried the Strawberry Vapetto: first taste is those lovely toasty wafer cones, the strawberry is light and not over-done, and the fresh but creamy ice cream follows. Very nice also.

Last one I tried is the Apple Pie & Irish Cream custard: first flavour is the pie crust and warm, lightly flavoured, I think very lightly spiced apples, and cream custard laced gently with warm alcohol. Again, rather nice.

All these could alter a bit or improve to be even better with waiting, so we'll see!
So far, none have a definite sense of one flavour, but seem to incorporate all that they're supposed to be nicely. To me, they're lovely without being overpowering in any way.

Still got three other small bottles of CV to try - perhaps tomorrow: Confusion, Spottedick, Orange Custard Cream.

I've also filled an Evod with the last of the small bottle of Jamaican Ginger from my first order last week (I have a 30ml bottle now!)

I suspect I'll be trying a few more before very long.

Well first of all an apology that I wasn't around yesterday, had a hell of a day yesterday. But it looks like you all behaved yourselves, so I didn't need to be worried

After a full day at work with loads of whingeing passengers, came home and the oven was on the blink. My Step Son had decided to clean the oven (he must be after something ). Every time I switched it on the fusebox was tripping out. After checking all the wiring for the cooker and the internal fuses, which meant pulling the whole cooker out, everything seemed ok. Checked the fusebox on the wall for the cooker, everything fine. After 2 hours of checks, I realised that the cleaner he'd used had gone onto the elements inside the oven, so once that was cleaned off, it was finally fixed. Plus to top it all off, I had a bad case of Vapour's tongue - all my juices had no taste at all. Tried, tongue cleaning, mouthwash, eating a chilli, then had a super hot vindaloo. Nothing cured it. So yesterday was a horrible day

But the good news, today is a lot better. I can taste my juice again, my car passed it's MOT and the Step Son has been banned from the kitchen

Hi guys. Seems like the right thread to post in about CV and TH. Has anyone tried the orange custard cream from CV and what do you think of it? It's one I'm thinking of getting. If the biscuit in it is as nice as the cookie part of the banoffee juice, it should be pretty nice.

I've had samples of both here for a few weeks that I got from smokerainbow, but have mixed views on them. The Triphammer samples all seemed weak in flavour but I've found out from Triphammer that his low nicotine juices are 60 to 70% VG heavy, which would account for the weaker flavour. All my dozen samples came in low 8mg nic, so are VG heavy. 12mg and above are 50/50, so would be stronger flavour. Generally haven't been impressed though, Tiger Stripe being about the only one I can vape.

Some of them have a taste of lipstick, but I didn't kiss anyone before vaping them. Didn't care for: Fizzy Trifle.. 'meh'. Christmas Pudding.. honestly can't taste it at all but can smell marzipan. Lemon Drizzle Cake, Victoria Sponge and Tripperbocker Glory taste like lipstick. Toffee Apple.. again, can't taste it at all. Doing well so far, eh . Rhubarb and Custard, Fruit Salad and Fruit Pastilles.. realistic but realised I find fruit flavours by themselves generally boring. I didn't really taste much custard in the Rhubarb and Custard.

I only like dessert flavours and here's some I'd like to try that I don't have samples of, can anyone tell me if they're good? Creme Egg, Cookie Dough, Devon Custard, Pink Custard, Treacle Sponge and Custard (friend told me it's disappointing, also a bit lipsticky) and terry w doesn't seem impressed (but I'm interested in his current opinion after steeping). Jam Roly Poly, Nana's Dessert, White Gems, Walnut Whip.

Out of all those juices I've only really had some of the Triphammer ones, but I do vape 18 or 24mg juice, so obviously the taste will be different. A lot of suppliers will add extra flavour shots if you ask them to. The Trip juices I've had are :

Fizzy trifle - enjoyed it, but to be honest, I prefer Grants Vanilla Custard or Custers Last Stand from Nicoticket - both are much stronger flavours.

Trip20 - again it was ok, but I wouldn't re-order it.

White Gems - I do like this one, it's fizzy, sweet and smooth. I've ordered this one twice.

Jelly babies - just got this one recently. But so far, it is fruity with a mainly blackcurrant flavour. I'll see how it develops, but so far it's a keeper.

Hi danny i have got 4 or 5 juices still steeping from T/H, but after first receiving them and dripping them-like you i wasn`t impressed at all. It seems the trip y4 is now vapeable, but still not a patch on the ry ..... from cv.

I mentioned a while back about the fizzy trifle, and trouble makes a nicer juice than that !

So i don`t think i will be buying from there again, and i honestly don`t know what all the fuss is about with that vendor. Now give me chefs vapour any day, i adore their juices they are just so tasty.

I've never gone below 18mg juice. But if you want a site with good customization options, Vapology is pretty good :

Forgot to add, the white gems is totally different to fizzy trifle. It does taste like the little chocolate sweets, but with a bit of a fizzy taste. It's a hard one to describe the taste, it really is different, but I enjoy it.

Yeah mate, just went over mottram moor, then back down and went to milbrook. came home then though cos i thought it was gonna p**s down.

I drilled the pipes out last week, and it sounds bloody awesome now (got some real growl to it)
