This morning I wanted something fresh/light and creamy and I couldn't resist trying the Posset ...even at this early stage, it's lovely, and exactly what they say it is: lemon cream but not overly sweet, not bitter! It can only get better - can feel a 30ml bottle of this coming on soon!

...my bottle is 1/4 gone already! Don't know how it'll change with time, but the lemon creamy taste seems to have a very slight herb/spice taste somewhere - angelica? ..Don't know, but it's nice: gentle and pleasant - Status
