If i wanted a DNA 30 mod, I would get one like this and add my own IMR battery.
$49.00 HANA MODZ Pack DNA 30 Style Mod - 1*18650 / 7W-30W / battery not included
But I am not really into box mods. Also it only goes down to 7w, I vape mostly below that, so wouldn't work for me.

That's a good price for the Hana although like the Cana I suggested has awful buttons that dig into your fingers, the new SX350 mods are a lot better than the DNA30 ones, I have the Tatroe Atlas from cigtechs in Illinois - took me a while though to work out which hex key to use to get the back off 0.05" - what a silly size to use, much better using posidrive/philips type screws

I can see how bus passes all day it wouldn't work in bigger towns and cities!
Wouldn't bother me really - I'm not a morning person these days :)

I don't like pineapple much, but if I did, I'd be tempted to try that one!

Those coils from FastTech do seem to be the old BDC ...they've removed the sticker off the box and re-labelled them! Too much hassle to send them back, so I'll try using them.
They were definitely listed as BVC when I ordered them because I actually searched for BVC. Since then though, there's no page for the part number of the ones I got.
I'll watch for FT getting the BVC ones in stock.
Got 10 from a US supplier coming - they were on special offer and with shipping, it only came to $18.50. Even at normal price, they're cheaper than here!

I ordered a 30ml bottle of 18mg Got Cookie (Oreo) today - it's got PG in it, but I can mix it with some zero CLS or Confusion! :)
The H1N1 is great mixed that way.

I wish some of the twirlies weren't morning people  The number of times I've had "well my watch says 9.31". My standard answer now is "sorry but it's only 9.15 by my satellite controlled ticket machine, a couple of minutes for me isn't a problem, but I can't add 15 minutes on the time" (all our ticket machines are satellite linked now, so the time is spot on).

Shame about the coils Trisha, have you not got any other tanks that they'll fit ??

The Photo of it looked good, will have to wait and see what sort of condition it is in.

No, not that way modded, this one has a full size PolyC tank (top to bottom) and a different top cap see here This is option A, the previous one I got was option D with the normal Pyrex tank + ss tank + nano kit

This is the option D one in normal mode in my Gizmo:
sq7d3r.jpg

Not sure I'd want to tinker with them in that way - knowing me, it would end up FUBAR

I've been looking at a few vid reviews of it, looking for something that was similar to the KF and they say it is a sort of cross between the KF and Taifun (Why do the yanks pronounce it Typhoon) and that you can also use it in a Spheroid way as well - although that would hold less juice I would imagine.

My Vmods (touch wood) have been pretty bullet proof so far - famous last words I know

I see what you mean now Bob about the modded tank :)

Just drilling out the main airhole, really is easy, it takes about 30 seconds with a decent sharp bit. As long as you only open up the airhole a small amount it's really straight forward, the hardest part is fully dismantling the atty before drilling.

Let us know what you think about it when it arrives, I've heard the same thing - it's a cross between a Kayfun and a Taifun, or Typhoon

Vapemail: my dripper arrived early, then just now received these from Fat Daddy Vapes:

2q06h76.jpg

The wide bore drip tips/insulators can be mixed and matched and were only $15.99, wanted to try out the Vapin Donuts (same price) to see how they perform
PS Customs declaration $0.01 each so no tax etc.

I do like the look of the brass, copper and black tips, very nice mate :)

Look away Trisha, do not be tempted by the shiny box :p

No Problem with that, and 2/3rds the way to "Part 2" (which i think is 15,000 posts). :D

(well I better get back to my paperwork) :(

We all get free beer and cake at 15,000 posts Burnie  Well, that's what I'm hoping for

Thanks Burnie - I asked the chaps here about those a while back but wasn't too keen on the batteries and chargers needed ...I like the way the MVP2 works with just a USB. Perhaps I should stick with them :)

an expensive regulated box mod that can go up to 30 watts, it would be cheaper to get the Cana or IPV from m-vapes buying a Sony VTC5 battery then once installed you can charge it using the supplied USB - MicroUSB cable, I would recommend the IPV over the Cana

EDIT: I have the Cana and the lesser 35W IPV
The IPV seems less trouble if it can be charged by USB, but it's rather powerful! I don't need that much :)
Just wondered about those Vaporshark ones, but they're expensive!

Hope Terry's ok, he's not been around for me to hassle for a while :(

Anything good in the parcel, and Terry was last seen cleaning under the bed :laugh:

I'd say you're right sticking with the MVP Trisha. IMHO, the DNA mods are more for people that want higher wattage. If you're happy with the MVP, stick with it :)

Some screwdrivers (to replace the ones that Manchester Airport security took off me - my own fault for forgetting I'd put them in hand luggage ), a couple of new drippers (to see if I can modify them to bottom feed for the Reo) and another drip tip.

Wondered what the noise was coming from under the bed

Well, they can't argue with that! ...or can they!

Wouldn't think so - think they're made for the Nautilus. They look virtually identical apart from I can see the 'stuffing' down the chimney instead of the mesh in the BVC. I'll try one and see how it is. Shame because the BVC are quite good in it. I use it for my Mint Choc Vapetto :)

Look away Trisha, do not be tempted by the shiny box :p
I'm sure you're right Ian! Get distracted at times!

Seen him seemingly taking a quick look now and then, but that's all ..it's been quiet the past couple of days. Hope those antibiotics did the trick! :)

Just got some good Cheesecake recommended that I can get in VG (The upcoming SR one from NT is a PG/VG so those of us that rely on VG can't use it!) But apparently this one is good: Highbrow Vapor - Cheesecake Torte - I'm told to add VG/extra flavour/hint of blueberry in the notes! :)
Don't know if any of you have tried anything from them.

I got the three NT toppings to test and they do smell good - a tiny neat taste is nice too: Rainier Cherry, Strawberry Symphony & Romantic Raspberry - I'll be trying them with Confusion for now, but may get some of that cheesecake to try!

Once you open the back up and put the battery in, close it back up then "Yes" it can be charged by the supplied USB cable (same type as the MVP2), I think they are better than the MVP2 and you might find that you will go up higher especially with the Nautilus Mini, I'm running one of mine at 16w now, which you can't do with the MVP2. The other advantage is that if ever the battery dies, you can replace it, which you cannot do with the MVP2, but of course it's entirely up to you, I wouldn't want to sway you one way or another, out of all the ones I've got that go to 30w or above, I doubt if I normally go above 20w and on my 15w ones I normally vape at about 8w

Will do! ...back down to earth again
There's a new Kanger ipow 2 battery coming out soon - interesting to see what that's like - but I do like the Spinner ll I have.

The PBC Peanut Butter Cookie I got is really nice with a little ABC and a few drops of Frenilla! Only in a mPT2, but tastes lovely :)

OK, thanks Bob - it does sound good, and compared with the MVP2, has that advantage of renewing the battery. I'll bookmark it! Not wanting to buy anything costly at the moment, but with luck .....

Thanks trish, today is the best i have been for quite a few weeks now so fingers crossed. I am not 100% sure, but i think i may have picked a bug up when we were abroad, as all my problems started after we had been home for about a week.

Since i finished the anti-biotics, last friday, i have been on the imodium, for reasons i won`t spell out.

I was also looking at all the meds i have been taking apart from the ones mentioned. Co-Codamol...Ibuprofen...Asprin...And bloody cod liver oil. I sound like a pigging rattle  Seriously though, i am hoping that i am over it now whetever it was, but i am guessing some sort of viral infection.:( I know one thing though, i can`t remember being as poorly as i was for a long long time.

Well, it's good to hear that you are feeling a bit better, that's quite a concoction of meds, Co-codamol is not nice even on it's own, I rarely take it as it knocks me senseless, and I hope you weren't mixing the Ibuprofen and Aspirin as they are not good together either, and if it was a viral infection, then there is not much you can do about it, they either kill you or you kill them, so it looks like your immune system has fought them off but left you as weak as a baby, but should get better as your strength returns, just take it easy and plenty of rest, food and water.
