I'll have to start getting more active with this wick and coil building business into next year. I draw the line at mixing my own liquids using food flavourings and the like though - this vaping business can take over your life if you arent careful!

To be honest, once you get into coiling it's pretty easy. Micro coils take a bit of work though. DIY's the same, just buy the flavour concentrates, PG, VG and nic solution and you're good to go. Hoosiers blogs have some great info for mixing, well worth a read.

Started building coils now but what really appeals is this:

Check out the tobacco blending kit; forget 'concentrates', these are the pure synthetic flavours that are mixed to create tobacco concentrates
Looks interesting. I don't really vape tobacco juices myself, but I know a lot of people do. Could be a handy piece of kit to have if they go overboard with regulation of juices in the future
I gave up on 'tobacco' as a flavour a few years ago. I actually quit smoking for about 12 months before ecigs were well known here, then when i started smoking again it was menthol only. When i got into vaping, i did give a few tobacco flavours a try, but really really disliked them.

I don't do coils any longer, PIFd everything away, including the RBAs, which I regret :/ I couldn't see well enough to make the coils and I wasn't comfortable heating mesh. I wish I still had the RBAs though... I get my coils in a pack of 10 from FT now =] Lovlie buggers they are <3

Spaghetti sounds good, with Italian meatballs. I had a chicken madras tonight, mmmm lovely. I'm thinking of getting a magnifying stand for when I'm doing micro-coils, might be an idea if you want to get back into RBA's. Don't get the FT magnifying specs though like Terry did, he said they were rubbish

There is a thread on here somewhere about cotton inside ekowool, it's got a weird name like Tuft. I think someone on ebay sells it. Bet it wicks brilliantly though, you'd need a 50 wrap coil to power it up

Yes you are right about them glasses,
You have to hold the coil right up to them for any magnification, meaning you cannot actually use them for building. I have been thinking of getting one of them stands myself though
I've seen one with a light ring around it, that would be pretty handy. It's not from FT though.

My last two orders took forever one was 3 weeks the other 4
It's not been that long Terry, under 3 weeks. I'm just that used to getting regular vape mail now, not had anything for nearly a week.
