I started off recoiling vivi novas. If you can master a decent coil on a nova, then it makes everything else easier to deal with. Just keep trying with the coiling mate, it will happen if you stick with it

Looks like they've been playing football with your parcel Lisa. Normally FT are pretty good with the bubble wrap. It's SHOCKING that their all broken like that.
I'd be on to the mail handlers too, if I got a delivery that badly destroyed

I just got a shipping notice for my MPV... so what? I have 2 weeks for shipping, 3 if there are issues. My pack of Protanks was out for delivery today. Since it was a SPLIT package, they'll be asking for a signature, so it may take a few days to get the Protanks as no one is ever home when the mailman come :/

Destroyed by sloppy handling... bits of glass is everywhere. Three are totally destroyed, one cracked, and the fifth has a jagged gash in the metal with slivers of metal poking up :'(
If that was mine, it would be returned immediately for a refund/replacement (discusting packaging)

Kanger Protank 2 (I'll have a couple of these now and they are my favourite topper to use at the mo)
6 X Pre-punched smok XL DC Cartos (fed up with the boges)
5pack of Protank 1.8ohm spare heads
30ml of Trip Hammer Fizzy Trifle
A funky looking skin for my provari
Should keep me happy until my coils and trident arrive

What a bit of kit that is.
They were just in a box and then the outer packaging with no bubble wrap... I am thinking that since they were split from the original order they may have been shipped by the Kanger supplier :/ Who knows. And I am hoping that I DON'T have to ship them back... running to the post office on my day off with a bunch of broken glass and then waiting for it to get to Florida before they'll inspect it and issue a replacement when they've already taken a bit of time irritates me.

It will be my first RBA as i am just using a standard 510 dripper at the moment, and whilst it does give better taste than any of my other stuff, it looks rubbish and i cant be bothered using it that often!I'm hoping when i get the coils and trident from FT that it's going to open up the use of the aga, the KFL and the trident all at once so i will be a happy bunny!
Surely they wouldnt expect you to ship that back! A photo should suffice if they need evidence.
Levels of customer service seem to vary so much from vendor to vendor. The first company i used - JAC Vapour were excellent. I got my first proper kit from them and the charger wasnt working right so i emailed them on the friday and i had a replacement charger in the post on Saturday morning
I cannot understand why they have not used bubble wrap, they usually do.
They sure look like knock offs the way they were packaged but I'm sure they sold them as being Kangers.
The usual drill with FT is as follows. If it says Kanger Protank that's what you get (I have two and they came in full retail packaging - one of them in a blister pack, the other in a black case with beauty ring). If it just says Protank then it's a clone.
The problem is for newbie vapors who think they are purchasing a Kanger ProTank.
It's really surprised me that they didn't bubble wrap it properly. Normally I spend at least 5 minutes getting all the wrapping off my orders from FT, before I even get chance to look at them properly.
You're probably right about them coming direct from the supplier like that. All the 15 or so orders I've had from FT have been well packed, even the juices

Cody, where did you order the fizzy trifle from mate ? Sounds like the sort of flavour I might like, especially if you can get it with extra flavour shots.

On there, it says that the fizzy trifle is actually based on GVC with added extras. I've no idea if this is true and i have never tried GVC, but the custard element to this liquid is very nice and the best custard flavour i have had from anything so it could be.....
True. But the rule is "read the forum before buying anything". Chinese retailers have their own way of working which is well documented on this site. If the newbie is advanced enough to have found FT then they know that "caveat emptor" is an important phrase.

GVC is a really complicated flavour, so if it's based on that, it should be a cracker
