Claire, before you do get a provari it would be worth checking with Lisa if you vape in a similar way because it could be a problem. From what i remember Lisa saying she hits the fire button for short blasts but really quickly together and that could cause the menu to come on when you are wanting just to get the power on. It's not an issue unless you happen to vape in that way and i guess not many ppl do but could be something to look out for.

I've still not set up my IBTanked, but i did follow their instructions when setting up my smok and its made a huge difference... priming the o-rings with a little liquid first and turning the power down for the first few vapes after priming the carto. the major difference and what a great little invention is the 'thingy' though. Basically it just a little plastic jar that fits your carto tank inside it after you have filled it. You squeeze the cap on half a dozen times and each time you do it, you see air bubbles come out of the hole in your carto as the juice gets pushed in - really really effective way of juicing up your carto and improves the vape ten fold. Such a simple idea, but so effective as its not always easy to get the cartos wicking the juice out of the tank :)

I was thinking about getting some more Liqua from FT and i would like to get a decent cheap APV and topper for my friend for christmas, but i have enough of their menthol until just after christmas so ill wait as i expect delivery is going to be horrendous until after January now :(

I think i will just give my friend my 10 motive PCC kit - not great, but it has 3 batts, and about 20 unused cartos plus the portable recharger and lead so it might help them get started in keeping off the stinkies!

Ah, I wonder if the button and menu is similar to mini zmax as I had that issue vaping on that, not getting a hit cos I'd inadvertently brought menu up? I'll ask Lisa when she's about.
I've decided to stick with the mechs I've got and the vamo for now, I'll grab a second vamo after Christmas stupids with post and convert one with the s kit, probably bling them up too with diamante's when I've got time on my Hands and feel creative :)
I'm looking forward to my RBA's arriving, especially intrigued to see whether I prefer genesis style or the lines of the rocket - will be a major indicator whether I stalk Rocketsciencemods for one of there's or go for a Kayfun or something.
I know that the originals will probably be better, but I should get a nice idea from using clones first.
I'm currently getting brain baffled by all different batteries and pros and cons so will likely make do with what I've got over the weekend and order Monday.

In all seriousness, if Codz, Ian, Lisa or Terry know of anyone who would appreciate a pink sigelei mini zmax for just postage cost, let me know. It doesn't work with the Aga T2 and for me makes the draw on Protanks way too tight. I don't know any vapers personally other than vape shop staff and my parents who are happy with the ease of the pen style batts and clearo's. I did try converting them, they enjoy nicking mine and vaping it when I visit, but they don't fancy carrying something bigger around.

Oh God, not another who wears same socks all year?! If your feet are half as bad as my brothers I'll have to refuse your pedicure on health and safety grounds!

Group buy for the spares makes sense to me, just let me know how we'll work it.

I've got four efest 18350 batteries and I find them good under heavy vaping on the mechs.

I don't wear them for a year Claire, I just throw them at the wall at night, if they stick, I use a clean pair next day

If it's ok with Lisa, we can get a list together and if Lisa can work out the postage, we can paypal her the money for the spares and split the postage between us. If Lisa posts all the items to me (or you), we split the parcel up and post it on from there. Will be easier for Lisa, than sending out 2 different lots :)

Rest easy, Ian =]

Most of my co-workers are fighting different types of crud here, sinus, upper respiratory, lower respiratory, stomach, aches, and pains SO EVERYONE STAY HEALTHY!!!

Hope you're well dosed up on vitamins Lisa, you don't want to be catching any nasty bugs. It's awful trying to vape when your airways are blocked up and you feel cruddy.

Yep new bathroom suite for us next tuesday,

Then i will have to re-do most of the tiling, and full paint job. Busy few days for me next week.

Eventually we'll be re-doing the bathroom, the house is only 13 years old, so most of it's still in pretty good shape. I just need to freshen things up a bit. When I do get a new bathroom suite, I think I'll go for a decent power shower next time, at the moment we've just got a mixer tap set-up. But the water pressure is great here, so it works really well.

Hi Terry ! I received my Kayfun 3.1 clone yesterday. This tank is sick !!

Did you have any problems with setting it up Jimi, I've seen a couple of reviews that say the airflow screw is a bit loose. How's the airflow on yours ??

Glad your happy with the IB mate. I tried a DCT when I first started vaping (from TW I think), I just didn't seem to enjoy a carto type vape, the TH was a bit much for me. Same with the Vmod. When I first got that, I tried the carto set-up first, loads of leaking and dry burnt hits - went on to the atty instead, that's all I ever use in it now. But each to their own. What works for one, won't work for someone else.

I'm gonna wait til January too for FT to settle down a bit. I really like the berry mix in the KFL, but I'm still using up juices before ordering again. Which reminds me, I need to mix up some DIY blackcurrant this weekend, just hope I've got enough nic solution left for a 30ml bottle

Honestly Claire, you can tell the difference between a clone and the real thing. The clones work great, but the genuine article is so much better. Better threading and design. Plus, with my genuine tanks, I've had to go to a lower nic juice, they work that efficiently.

For anything pink, see RhiaX, she's always after pink stuff, just ask Cody ;)

The best batteries to go for are the AW IMR type, or the Panasonic or sony ones from FT. I do have some Ultrafire protected ones too, everyone says stay away from anything with "fire" in the name, but to be honest, they've worked just fine for me. Also efest batteries are highly rated too. If you want any help with a specific battery type, just post it on here - one of us has probably used it at some time :)

If Lisa's says yes, we can get a list together. Your part of the family now Claire, so it doesn't matter how long you've been here :D Anyway, I wouldn't lose any sleep over an order that will only be a few quid, I'd trust you not to do a runner with £5 worth of aga parts ;)

That's what I thought, like if I'm impressed with a cheap clone, I know it's worth spending on the real deal as it'll be even better.
I find it weird how I LOVE the Aga T2, but hated top coil clearo's and loved the bc attys. I suppose gennys are just a totally different breed!

The biggest factor in deciding between which original to go for (first) will be whether I prefer the genesis style over the Rocket or vice versa - you know in a few weeks I'm gone have a Kayfun a Taifun a RSM unique and several other originals whilst my kids wake up to an apple on Christmas Day (won't be able to afford them an orange too lol).

I'll track her down and see if she wants it - I'd keep it but it's useless now I'm addicted to the world of RBA's! And when stealth vape is necessary I'm happy with cartos and ego twist so someone else can have it if it will aid there vaping journey.

I looked at efest, AW, Panasonic and Sanyo - worried about receiving duff knocks though, reputable uk battery suppliers would be useful, I know eBay's cheap, but would rather pay a little more and know that the batteries ARE what they say they are and not poorer quality fakes.

Ha ha, I ain't no thief be it a 5er or a grand, I just know there are some out there and you gotta be cautious! I trust you lot though, Terry done me good and all you's convo's go back time!
Square it with Lisa and we'll sort it from there :)

Be off me self shortly, I have to do things that require me not be distracted by my phone! Like recoil the Aga and possibly even do some work! Gotta fund me vape gear ain't i?!

See ya's later

Yes, the Provari did exactly that because of the way I vaped.

I've had 3 Zmax APVs and the last one I received, a mini in a co-op went out in a month. It looks smashing, but I am not sure what I've done to it to make it stop working.

At any point that any of you need me to ship items across the pond, just let me know. As far as the AGA and RSST parts with this shop, I am waiting for the nuts to come in and am on a contact list. I intend to purchase those in a good amount. Just tell me what you need and I'll grab the items and you can split and ship from the UK - sounds much better to me considering the highest postage would be from the US, at least I hope :p

Aww cheers Lisa, I'll have a look and make a list and leave it with you and Ian to tell me how much and to whom! I don't mind waiting as at least I know they'll be the correct parts and not have to botch things a bit if I upend my vape box and can't find everything, which is bound to happen as I'm a proper ditz at times!

Is the zmax the sigelei mini telescopic one that comes in different colours? That's the one I've got, it works fine but it won't get much use from me as it's not compatible with RBA's and I've taken a liking to the cartos for a pretty much no fuss vape. Mine were from a B&M over here. You can have it if you want it and it'll be fine with your customs police!
God, I sound awful, I just hate things not being used that would be by someone else - brought up to share!

I think I will give the provari a miss for now as you sound like we vape similar - I don't mind an odd misfire on a £40 mod, I would be rather annoyed it happening on a £200 one! And the vamo does what I want reliably, so shall grab one to make into the s and bling this one up when I'm quiet at work in the new year cos everyone's a bit skint for having their nails done!

Yaaay jimi way to go dude,

Have you tried the rocket from there jimi ? I put in a 1 ohm coil, and i have to say i am blowing some serious storm clouds over here:D

Honestly it is nearly as good as the trident. Really pleased that you are happy with it, i had one on order but got sick of waiting for it. I will wait for demand to drop a bit then i will definately get one.:smokie:

No problem with the parts for the RSST & AGA T2, just let me know what is needed at some point and I'll get it all ordered and we can square costs once I've got a shipping quote, which should not be much at all with those bits.

Hold onto the mini Zmax until you've found someone who needs it =] I've got plenty of gear <3

FastTech SKU 1508702 Acrylic 32 Hole Display Stand & SKU 1510000

https://www.fasttech.com/p/1508702 You can see the eGo stands, https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10005598/1439703-e-cigarette-stands-for-ego-battery-9-pack that are sold by FastTech, they are a bit larger than I expected. I got all black stateside. I suppose they would be better for stand alone areas, but they take up a bit too much space in this display. As you can see, the Silver Bullet is much too large to fit in the display.

The smaller topper display to the right, https://www.fasttech.com/p/1510000, is great for my eGos, but I need to play some tissue in the bottom to avoid leaking toppers.

That's a serious collection Lisa! You could start your own shop!
Seriously though - I know who to ask for advice on gear! Ha ha :)

That's what I'm gonna do Terry, let demand settle and reorder - unless the Rocket clone convinces me that the real Kayfun should be my first high end rebuildable!

Back to batteries, efest, AW, Panasonic or Sanyo? I don't like ultrafire, they're fine for a fortnight and then they rapidly diminish - not too bad on regulated as you just have to charge more, however I don't fancy there chances in one of my mechs. I want to be able to use said battery in either vamo or mech and would be grateful for your experiences on any of these brands and if you know a reputable UK supplier? Cheers!

I doubt I can wait til Jan to bling out the Vamo, I'm gonna make it my evening project - off to research best glue for SS and order some more diamante's as I'll have none left for clients lol.

It's a lot of gear, but you know most are fair to below average quality. I have my preferences based on what is easiest for me to use, my ability to hold it for as long as I like, and the firing ability. Some, like the Natural have rarely been used because I cannot operate the bottom firing button easily - I've just recently found that the Natural fires up the AGA T2 very well LOL But I think that is what most of us forget in the 'this is better than that discussion', it's all subjective based on our own needs =]

I've been glancing at the Nemesis, but I think I am going to pass on it. I've got a few good mechs and it's style is duplicated in several of my other mechs.

I am definitely getting this https://www.fasttech.com/products/1453800 when I make my next FastTech order. I use eGos regularly for stealth vaping on walks, at work, and I am always using them when I change out juices.

Thanks again Lisa, your a star :)

For me it will probably be seals for the aga, a spare centre post and a spare centre post for the RSST. I was thinking the same thing about the postage. Plus it will be a lot easier for you just to send out one parcel than two.

The Sony and Panasonic from FT are both the genuine article. I've had them for months now, they work great, have been charged up many times and work perfectly. The AW IMRs and efest, you can get them from any of these places. all good vendors :

AW IMR Batteries [VE342] - £7.99 : Vape Escape
Batteries and Chargers
Batteries & Chargers - Cloud 9 Vaping

I've used all of them in the past, as well as Totally Wicked for batteries
