cheers Ian, i will have another look at it tomorrow. Have you got any tanks for sale ian ? apart from the rockets, i could do with something before next tuesday.

I can do you an RSST with a drilled out airhole if you want mate, brand new never been used. The main one I'm using now is a lot better after making the airhole bigger @ 1.5mm.

Are the rsst vertical coil Ian ?

It is mate, I'm using the SS rope in mine - superb vape. Really easy to set up with the spring loaded positive pin, you just push down on the washer, pop the coil leg under it and let the washer come back up - dead easy. Plus it has an insulated wick hole so no shorts using rope.

To be honest with you Ian i was thinking more along the lines of a russian as kayfun type tanks are the ones for me now. I have got two vertical coil tanks and i must admit although they do give an exceptional vape i do prefer the pressure type tanks.

I do have another Russian Terry that I've not used yet, but it's a fair bit dearer than the FT clones. I think I paid about $170 for two from America, but I'd have to double check. The one I'm using is another great vape though, but it does gurgle a bit :laugh:

Thought you might say that mate :laugh: I would have got the Russians from the EU site for about 70 Euros each, but they were always out of stock. The place in America was the only one that had them, so I ended up paying the price.

You could always try Desire ecig where I got my other Kayfun clone from, not quite as cheap as FT, but they usually have stock. I did have to drill out the full airhole in the base though and you do pay postage but it's not a lot.

Anyway, bed time for me, got a 5am start tomorrow. Hope you get the Taifun sorted mate.

I'll be wrapping the mods on Friday - my next day off. I need to give them a good clean first though, along with the new FT driptips :)

Still no sign of the order with the Poldiac shipping yet though :(

=========================

Terry, did you manage to get the Taifun sorted out mate ??

You know how you were saying about another Kayfun atty, what about something like this :

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ms/523687-kayfun-meets-taifun-expromizer.html

It's a cross between a Kayfun and a Taifun, but it also has adjustable airflow, a spring loaded centre pin, juice overflow tank and up to a 9ml capacity with the bigger tube sizes.

In the thread, there's a great review by Todd too. This thing looks the dog's danglies. I've saved it for future buying :D

you cannot beat vapemail :rickroll::rickroll::rickroll::mail::mail:

I know mate, 2 lots in a day, I feel all special :laugh:

I think I might be tempted for next month's vape budget ;)

The airhole has settings from 1-2mm - think I'd probably use it on the 2mm size. The only thing I'm not keen on is the driptip, I'd have to swap that for sure.

I'm not impressed with the tip to be honest mate, but I've got plenty myself so it's not a problem. I would be tempted by the tank extender though - 9ml is a lot of juice :D
