Not got it yet ian, just finalized everything today, and it will be delivered within 7 working days. bit of a pain really doing it all over the phone, arranging part ex etc, but it`s all done and paid for now so i just gotta sit back and wait. But i am well used to doing that with bleeding f/t so hey.

Funny that... I just got an e-mail from f/t saying my russians will be shipped within the next 12 hours, seems strange after i bollocked them yesterday, the russians are now in packaging.

My nemmy tubes are now going to be shipped in 6 days, which is also weird as they were supposed to ship on the 22nd. and still no movement on my kayfun orders, still showing as despatched overseas on the 6th.

Good to have you here rav. so if you use cotton in your russian, as you probably know it is a case of less is more. get a nice micro done and installed, then roll a cotton wick, which just fits in the coil. Not too tight, you want to be able to slide the wick back and forth freely.

I think cotton wicks are better than anything else out there, and when you need to change the wick you just slide it out, dry burn, and new one in. It saves keep building new coils every time they gunk up.

What should i go for? I'm prob after 1.8-2.0 ohms ( i have no experience under them ohms to be honest so wan to be safe)

Not too sure about the 28 rav as i have never used it. I would use the 32 and it is a bit of a guess, but i would say about 10 wraps around a 1.5 mm drill bit would give you around 2 ohms. what mod are you using mate ?

I use a ego twist and a normal ego battery when home. But when at work I use a segeli vamo mini.

It won't fit in my ego case lol!

Roads have been a lot easier today Ron, I love having an easy day at work Did see a workman almost kill himself though -he cut through a live power line with a pneumatic drill - big bang, flames and loads of smoke. Six whole streets left without power

To be honest I prefer using 30 gauge kanthal for micros. It's just the right thickness to work with, you can build up a decent amount of wraps, it holds it's shape well after torching and it can be used in limited spaces too.

Yep i think they were trying to be bloody clever mate, these will be my last orders with them.

I use the 30 myself Ian, but he hasn`t got any so i think he will be better with the 32 rather than the 28.
Dunno though.
