Nice mod mate. I've got the mixed brass/stainless version. It's tiny even in 18650 mode. Works great, I especially like the knurling on the lock ring, makes it real easy to lock or unlock.

Done some checking on the place we're possibly going to. All the reviews say it's in a great location, but it's quiet in the bedrooms. It's well set up, the bedrooms are at the back of the complex, so you can actually sleep at night. The place sounds ideal for us. Loads of places to see, plenty of places to eat, close to the town, close to the beach and it's only a 15 minute drive to the airport - so cheap in a taxi. Just need to find some cheap flights now. The flights seem to be 3 times the price of the apartment

Never been myself Ian, but i know a few people who have been and loved it. do pleny of searching around for the flights ian, you will find some good prices. Ryan air are reasonable (flew with them last year). Are you all inc mate ?

No mate it's self catering, but the apartment has got everything in it already, TV, internet, fully equipped kitchen, big balcony and a decent pool on the site, plus aircon. I do prefer all inclusive, but if not, I'd rather do self catering - then we can eat when we want. Only problem with the flights - we're going to be coming back in the school holidays. Flights outbound are about £250, but inbound they are double the price.
Well the wife just found a cheap return flight. Only problem it's not direct. Stops first in Hamburg, then in London, 27 hours total travelling. Think I'll give that one a miss
