Have you tried the orange from L/T trish, just like orange squash. I forgot to say my L/T order arrived today. i got 1.orange 2. Tiramisu 3. caramel and 4. lemonade. as i say i have had the orange before and it is lovely.:D

Nope, not had any problems with pages loading etc, but it does happen sometimes.
I have got the orange, and it's really nice - good to mix with tobacco ones too or add a bit of sweet cream flavouring, but although it's zesty, it isn't totally like a fresh orange.
I have Tiramisu yet to try, Caramel Ultra is what I got and it was a bit strong on the back of my throat but I can mix it up with tobacco or cream ones, and the Lemonade one is really good! Just like the jugs of fresh lemonade my parents made when I was small.
I got LT Mocca last time - it's quite nice!

I had my usual TV listings page open tonight, and since I closed it this site is working better ...seems it may have been causing some conflict perhaps. Hope they didn't do something to the site that's causing problems - they did once before!

The only problem with GVC is you have to be on the ball when the sale goes up, or have some insider knowledge of when the new batch is coming out. My advice, if you see it, buy it quick ;)

I do like a bit of cinnamon in a juice, so the pear one does sound lovely.

Yep dogs make them look really tough, as well as pants half way down their backsides. Saw one lad yesterday, his pants were so low, he couldn't reach his pocket when his phone went off
I'll need to watch out for the GVC - wonder if there's a particular time of day it gets listed as available! I'll have to get 30ml too as they don't do VG only in 10ml.

I'll give that pear one a try tomorrow! Blueberry ones soon after.

Did you laugh at the lad who couldn't reach his phone? ...on second thoughts, probably best not to! ...remember when we could tell unruly kids off? Last time I did: 2 years ago some schoolboys on their way home from school throwing little windfall apples that hit our windows, so I went out and asked them to stop throwing the apples - next thing we know, they're hitting the door and windows deliberately with them (one of the hazards of living on a corner!).
Eldest son is a police officer, and he was off the next day, so he came here and just leaned against our wall with his phone camera pointed at them as they came off the bus ...they drew up sharp when they saw him and he just nodded and said 'I should think so too - next time I'll report you and I'll be in uniform too!' All done very quietly, but they got the message and it stopped.

Ian

I've read all the 'Game of Thrones' books but haven't seen the TV series yet.

I really need to watch it, I hear it's great.

Yep it's a great series. There was uproar though when they all got killed off towards the end of the last series. People were complaining to the channel about it :D

I like to watch the TV series first, then read the books after to see what the differences are.

Yeah he might p*ss off for one

You can't get rid of me that easily :p

As to 'Lord of the Rings' loved the book, went to see the first movie at the cinema, spectacular visuals but just too long and drawn out, I was nodding off towards the end. Didn't bother with any of the others.

Tolkien has the dubious honour of writing one of only two books that I have failed to finish, The Sylmarillion.

The Silmarillion is pretty tough going at first I agree. I've read most of Tolkien's work from Farmer Giles right up to the Full History of Middle Earth. If you want a recommendation though, I'd say try "The Children of Hurin" - it's from the early days of middle earth, but it's a really dark story compared to the Hobbit and LOTR. The only book by Tolkien that I could read was "the Legend of Sigurd and Gudrun" it was all poetry - not my thing.

Ian will probably know.... when it comes to 'genesis' and 'hybrid' I dont really understand exactly what they are supposed to do / be! ;)

It just means that there's no noticeable gap between the mod and the topper, for a seamless look. Plus you're right about it having less voltage drop, cos there's less parts for the power to travel through. The Aios I have is a hybrid with the Chi-you, they do look great together - when the Aios works right :(

Me neither mate, i never went down that route. Where`s he buggered off to now ? Gone for a bath per chance.

haha, i reckon he cracked under the pressure and went to run one ;)

On that note, i am out of here myself or I'll be up all night talking about fantasy books and draining my SD&C!

Night all :)

Night Cody.

I was replying to other threads. I am quite popular on here I'll have you know. I do have to share myself with other posters too :laugh:

I think people these days just have a lack of respect for anyone else. Everyone seems to be dashing around trying to get things done without a thought for anyone else. You can see it everywhere from town centres to out on the road. If you're out walking, people will cut across in front of you, chatting away on their mobiles. On the road, other drivers won't let you pull out at junctions and don't get me started on the pedestrians in Manchester city centre

Anyway, rant over  At least this place is full of people that are helpful and considerate :D

Yes agree with you there, they get on the bus with their phone glued to their ear, and still yapping away when they get off, don't notice anyone else, and they can't speak normally, everyone has to hear their conversation.

I've not tried vapable juices before Bob, are they UK based mate ??

We've got a bottle of the lemon juice sat in the cupboard collecting dust - the one shaped like a lemon. It does get used sometimes for fish, but to be honest I prefer tartare sauce or mayo. Now lemon drizzle cake, is a totally different story

They're closer to you than me, Southport, they mainly do just straight juices not blended, some of the fruit ones are quite sharp, Green Apple for example, that's in my Nautilus at the moment, and I have their LMP in the 30b/Coolfire 1.

We can all get annoyed and curse in private, but people just don't care anymore - worries me about the fact there's likely 3 generations of them now, and 'manufacturing' more! :(

As for the Treacle Sponge: Ooh yes! :) Tesco do some little individual low fat ones with a hint of ginger in microwavable pots - quite nice!

Thankfully, I'm at the age now when it doesn't really bother me anymore, I'm very good at ignoring things I don't like, I may mutter under my breath though...
Might give them a try next time I put an order in with Tesco, but not too keen on Microwaveable stuff, I prefer the Gas Cooker.

My Wife is Epilipetic and I know how it screws her up if she takes too many by accident - but she is on the highest dose possible for her size.

Snap, mine has been that way all her life, and has had many accidents involving the kettle, she's now 63 but looks 83, and is one of the reasons I decided to retire early, in order to care for her properly, she still goes down with a bang now and then, usually cracking a bone here and there, the hospital has been changing her meds recently because they were knocking her out, making going out anywhere a problem, we'd get out the house and she would be as dozy as anything.

Grant only seems to mix up batches about 2 or 3 times a year from what I can tell. It's probably best to get some from pink mule or vapourart when they get stock of it.

GRANTS VANILLA CUSTARD 18 MG 10 ML
sold out at the moment and I think they only do 50/50 there.

http://www.vapourart.com/en/product/grants-vanilla-custard
at the very bottom of the page, go for the VG heavy option.

If they get on my bus and chat away on the phone totally ignoring me, I'll normally say "where are you going to mate?" means they have to stop chatting and actually pay some attention to paying their fare instead  One of the lads at work has a phone jammer in his bag, if he sees them being ignorant, he jams the signal - I've seen him do it, it's really funny

My Wife has been Epilitic since she was about 16. She's "grand mal" so when she takes a fit she's out of it for an hour or more after the seizure. Can be a bit scary sometimes, cos she has a habit of holding her breath when the fit starts, so I have to coach her to start breathing again in the middle of it :( Plus when I first met her, her dosage was well out too. She was taking all her pills in the morning and so she ended up fitting at night. We went to the Dr's and I told him she needed regulating properly, now she splits the dose morning and night - only had about 10 fits in the last ten years now.

Sorry, everyone

The name is Carl

I'm happy to be a part of the community and have received a lot of good advice

Hopefully I can get to the point of handing some out eventually :)

Another Southerner, or are you like me a Northener living down South...welcome from me as well.

Terry keeps saying I should set up a juice site too. I'll have to look into it.

Ian-Bru  I like it mate  Don't think I'd suit a kilt though, I've not got the legs for it :p

Aw, go on, the ladies will probably think you look sexy

I think Ian needs to upload a pic to put you both out of your misery

Good idea.

Trish, I have a way of dealing with unruly kids on the bus. Stamping on the brakes for an imaginary dog in the road sometimes works. If not, I just stop the bus and get off for a vape. After a few minutes one of them will come to the front and mumble something about getting home. I tell them, until they shut up and behave, I'm not going anywhere, I get paid overtime rates if I finish late, so I don't mind waiting

My phone is hopeless at taking pictures, sorry Trisha
Duh! sounds like an excuse to me!

Yes, I don't say anything to such people, but it's sad to see people that just don't care. I also care about the world our two grandsons are growing up in too - they'll likely never know the better ways people had that we have known. They're being brought up very nicely, but it's outside influences and when they grow up that they'll be confronted by such unpleasantness at times.

Oh! I went to Vapourart but the VG heavy isn't total VG- says it's half way between 50/50 and total VG, and it looks as though it's zero nicotine that they have. I'll just have to keep watching for it coming back on the GVC site.
Thanks for the links though :)

That's a brilliant way of dealing with phone ignorance! I want one of those!!! :D I do avoid the supermarket when I can, but if I have to go, I nearly always get close to someone shouting into a phone or standing there having a phone conversation when I need to be where they're standing! How wonderful if I could just surreptitiously switch them off!
I'm afraid I'm a bit old fashioned when it comes to phones being used outside the house - they're a darn nuisance!
I've even resisted becoming a slave to one and only take mine with me if going further than a couple of miles away or know I'll need it. Other than that, it lives in a drawer! ;)

Nice strategy! :)
I remember my days of using the school bus - if we were too noisy or running around, the driver/bus company told the school and we all got into trouble! Lines, detention ...no prior warning either!

Problem down here is no one pays these days, it all Oyster Card, tap in to travel, but love the Jammer idea :)

Mine is also 'grand mal' although they call it something different these days and was on PhenoBarb when we met, soon got her off that, she has loads of meds these days, including some for heart problems, the same as me, I have a blocked artery that can't be unblocked, her meds include 11 in the morning, 4 afternoon and 4 at night, and although most of the time she is okay, she has episodes maybe two or three times a year, when she has maybe one or two a day for a couple of days at a time.

She also has mild episodes, when she will be in her chair and just sort of start mumbling and become unresponsive for a minute, returning to normal after about 5 minutes, I have a home help come in daily to help her with having a wash etc, and give me a bit of a rest, they also cover extra hours if I go abroad on one of my jaunts, just to make her a meal and make sure she takes her meds.

Mine's on all the time during the day, just in case one of my friends texts me, but if I'm only going round the shop I rarely take it with me, it's mainly for the wife to get in touch if she needs me, when I'm not at home.

Nice strategy! :)

ah, but in those days we had clippies, who would soon give you a clip round the ear, and if you told your dad you would get another one.

Welcome Paul, Ships in 5 days can mean anything from 5 days to a month depending on how many people order it and how many they have ordered from their supplier to start with. Shipping is the worst part, that can take anything from 7 days to over a month to get from China to UK to home, depending on which shipper you choose, Singapore Post the normal one takes about 3 to 5 weeks, Swiss Post which you would think would be better are actually worse and costs an extra $1, China Post at the moment seems to be the best option taking about 1 to 4 weeks.

I'm still waiting for 6 via Swiss Post the first of which departed Singapore on 15/04, I've raised a query with FT because I've received others that departed later.

Hope that helps...

Got myself one of the new MVP EL range yesterday, came with a matching iClear 16b, now the question is the 30b head the same, they look very similar, and I know that the 16 and 30 are compatible.

EDIT: Ignore that I have found a site which shows both in good detail and they are different, bu**er means I'll have to buy another set of heads if I want to carry on using the 16b.

I've often seen people raving about the MVP but didn't realise how good it was until now, I've only got Vapable's Amaretto in it but tastes much better and more clouds than on other mods & clearos

Thanks for that bobw,

I am a bit impatient when it comes to vapemail so that is probably enough to put me off ordering from them.
