So it gets screwed onto the battery (I have Kanger standard 650 & 1000 and Kanger eSmart ...510 I believe) - put on a tip and add liquid then use? ...not liquid before the tip? ...is the tip like a mouthpiece or does it hold the liquid ...and if so, how does it not get in your mouth?
Sorry for the confusion & questions - it's probably simple as you say, just can't quite visualise it.

If you don't mind, send me links to the items I need and I'll give them a try.

http://www.cloud9vaping.co.uk/epage...?ObjectPath=/Shops/yxve46fvrnud/Products/JOYE

You just need to get one or two of the atomisers trish and a compatible drip tip. They are both on the same page. What you do is this...Screw the atty on to your battery 510 connection, then you pull off the cartridge (outer sleeve) and then you will just have the atty still attatched to your battery.

Push the drip tip on to the atty, and drip away. you can either drip before you put the tip on or after it doesn`t matter. You are just dripping directly on to the atty`s coil, nothing stays in the mouthpiece/driptip.

I liked it straight away, but didn't get too much ginger. Left it in the clearomiser overnight and it had more ginger next day, but it did get better in the following week.
It was the first cake type one I'd had that didn't give me problems, so that's why I liked it so much right away :)

yeah it is certainly nice and cakey :) as i said i will put it away for a while longer and i am guessing it will shine.:)

I am sure you won`t have any trouble with it trish, as they are straight forward enough. You will probably get instructions anyway, but if you get stuck we are always here.:D

Yes, and that's very reassuring! :)

...about this dripping thing ...do you just change from one flavour to another, or do you wash the coil and use a new one until it's dry?

I've seen some top class smaller businesses totally spoiled by growing to big too soon and losing the personal touch.
Still, may not be the case there :)

Having my toes crossed beats having my fingers or eyes crossed: I need them both to work
...besides, having crossed eyes makes people uncomfortable :D

Yep I'm hoping he doesn't lose the personal touch, that's one thing I always look for with a business.

Crossed eyes make it hard to type too. I just tried it, not a good experience :p

Well i am glad that you like one of them Ian. Just doing a bit of dripping myself the jamaican ginger from chefs. I have to say that i am getting loads of cake, but not to much ginger, but there is a hint there. They only arrived wednesday, so one to come back to in a few more days i think.

I think the other two TH juices need a bit of something to perk them up a bit mate, I'll see what I can come up with in my magical mixing lab

Patience Terence, patience  Leave it on the bookcase for a week :D

Well once you get into dripping, there's no going back Trisha - you will have joined the dark side of vaping and there's no going back

Once you've got into dripping, I'll see if I can persuade you to buy a Vmod like mine. Same principle as dripping, but it's classed as a bottom feeder  You feed the juice up into the bottom of the atomizer instead, but it has it's own juice bottle and battery built in. The technical term for feeding the atty is called "squonking" cos that's the sound it makes when you squeeze the bottle to feed the juice. I can run the same atty in a Vmod for about 3 months before it needs changing - great device :D

Just wait until the flavour drops off and you begin to get an almost burnt taste, then drip in the new flavour - really easy.

They just need a bit of extra flavour hopefully that will sort them out, even with a dripper their still quite muted and I'm pretty certain it's not cos they've been overflavoured. Putting too much flavour in can kill the taste just as much as too little flavour can.

Step away from the bookshelf mate :p:laugh:

I'm not a bad influence Trisha, honestly (sending subliminal message to buy a Vmod):laugh:

Today I decided to try the other three new CV's I got - they'll be just over a week old today.

Red Hot Pear - It's spicy! Not hot in a 'vindaloo' kind of way, but spicy. I first tasted clove along with cinnamon, and noticed a light sweetish pear flavour in the background. It's OK, not bad, and seems to clear the head a bit, but I'm not sure I'd want to use it longer than a little while.
Edit: just changed from a small slim battery to an eSmart one (same clearomiser) and I get a bit more pear- well, something sweet! Not too sure I like it though ;(
Blue Bandit - Blueberry & Coconut. It's the first blueberry one I've tried (coconut too), and I get more coconut than berry. Not unpleasant though, but wouldn't be one I'd seek out.
Blueberry C-Bomb - Nothing explosive in there! I'd expected tart fruity/sweet berries with zingy lemon type flavours, and at first I thought there was a hint of it in there, but instead it tasted like cooked berries and lemons for me. I don't think adding a plain lemon one to it would help either.

I think using all VG may diminish the flavours a little, and it could be they'll improve with time, but I'm not holding my breath on these unless anyone knows different. They're OK, and the blueberry ones are more usable I think if they had something to boost them a bit.

...in fact, I just treat myself to a chocolate biscuit with my cup of tea! :D

I know we all have different taste in things, but having found the lovely Jamaican Ginger, Spottedick, Strawberry & Chocolate Vapettos, RY and Confusion, I think I expected more, but today's certainly had no bells and whistles for me.

Terry, any idea where I can get cotton yarn from besides ebay. I'm thinking it will be easier to use in my tiny nano coils than my regular cotton pads or even cotton wool. I know cotton candle wick works too, so I'm looking for a supplier. It has to be untreated/unbleached obviously :) A few strands of cotton yarn will be easier to get through the nano coils.

That's a shame their not bursting with flavour yet Trisha. How do you steep your juices ?? With the cap off in a dark cupboard or just on a shelf with the caps on ??

I've found blueberry and blackcurrant juices do need a bit longer to age than say strawberry juices. They may get better with a bit more time.

VG does mute the flavour a little, but most mixers know this and they'll compensate by adding a bit more flavour or use an enhancer like sweetener or EM (a smoothing agent).

I wasn`t overly impressed by the c-bomb either trish, i got the blueberry ok but not much else. The confusion is smelling bloody good though.

Had a quick look on google earlier plenty on ebay, but I think I told you before, I can't order from ebay cos I used to be a seller on there a while back and had a few issues when I came to close the account. Might have to use the Wife's account instead

Typing? you should try painting ..I just tried it and put a leaf on the front end of a pear! :D

OK then - I'll see how I get on with it ...be some days before I get them now.
By the way, you do all know Cloud9 will be away from 14th-31st I suppose.

Yep as ian says, as soon as the vapour starts dropping off away you go with another juice.
sounds simple enough ...usually my famous last words! ;)

Something else learned! :)
Steeping: I usually just squeeze the air out a couple of times and let them sit on top of a chest of drawers with a sheet of paper or card over them.
I'll leave the blueberry ones a couple of weeks and try them again.

I wasn`t overly impressed by the c-bomb either trish, i got the blueberry ok but not much else. The confusion is smelling bloody good though.
I think perhaps I expected too much from all of them after finding such nice ones!
Still annoyed I can't use the Strawberry Vapetto for more than a few minutes - I do like that one!

Confusion is unusual, but I do taste clotted cream with a bit of caramel - very nice! ..and the time I added the RY on top of a little was really good! :)

The family and friends have iPhones so just send me an email if they need to send something quick. I'm rarely far from the computer because I use it for my work.
There are odd times I'd send a text, but not that often.
If only one of us is out and about further than local then we do take the phone with us.

I have a phone call package with my ISP but it doesn't include mobile calls. £6 month gives me as many landline calls as we need.

A couple of my friends don't have a computer or email, so texting is the only way, Android fan myself don't like anything Apple, since I had problems years ago with the original iPods, and trying to use iTunes on a PC. I went PAYG on mine, I was spending £25/m on a contract and found I was hardly using it, now put on about £20 every 6 months, saved me loads of money, and I can still use things like FB, email, and other apps.

I'm really quite a shy retiring person, although you can't tell that from the forum, my phone is hopeless with pics honestly

I'm the same, when out with friends, I'm normally the quiet one, only speaking up when something catches my attention. I'm hopeless taking pictures full stop :)

Some people seem to be surgically attached to their phones these days. I can get people on the bus on a mega early shift at 4.30 in the morning and their chatting away - who are they talking to at that time

I used to catch the bus to work at 4 am and saw the same thing, thinking the same, not only who but what do they talk about for hours and hours.

It's good that you can get a break occasionally Bob, everyone needs a bit of "me time" now and then. My Wife is the same with the pills, she has about 10 different ones every day - I say she rattles when she walks

It's my missus that says she rattles

I remember the first Christmas we spent at my parents after we met. It had been a really long day, visiting different people and we got to my parents about 6pm for Christmas dinner. We were just about to go into the dining room to eat and the Wife took a wobbler. So I sorted out her breathing, moved anything breakable out of the way and put her in the recovery position after she'd finished the convulsions. Then I said, come on lets eat. My Dad was horrified, he said your just going to leave her on the rug like that. I told him, she'll be fine now. It takes her an hour or so to come round afterwards, if you try talking to her she's totally unresponsive. So just leave her to come round in her own time. But my Dad insisted we eat in the lounge so we could keep an eye on her :D After the hour she'll just get up and carry on what she was doing before the fit, like nothing has happened - that amazes me sometimes that she's no recollection of what's just happened.

Same here, I just leave her once she's got over the first few minutes, she'll probably think a few hours later that something has happened

They had some cheaper ones the other day but must have sold out. you will need to get a 306 drip tip as well.

Or get the LR 510 ones, they're a bit longer, but take normal drip tips, it's what I use for testing new flavours, the other thing you could try Trish is a carto.
