I had a little of theirs left and tried it last week - choked me! Then I realised it was 1.2mg and I'm so not used to it anymore!

I think coffee ones are difficult to get right. I'm hoping this Night Shift is a keeper! It's supposedly Glazed donuts and coffee!
I'm going to try some CV with a bit of custard or crème brulee in it! ( I like a rich roast Arabica coffee with a little cream!)
When CV get those Rebranded flavouring ones in stock, there's two coffee ones I want to try!
Talking of NT - tomorrow's Tuesday! Perhaps a new SR around 3.30pm our time! ...if what I've seen bandied about is right, could be an apple pie?

My two orders so far took 6 days and 7 days. I can't help thinking international is more efficient at times than our domestic post!
I suppose it's not impossible, but the brain fog is very definite ..it's as though I know I'm going to end up in deep water if I don't pull out of it and get caught up on some work for the exhibition, but something is making me lethargic over it all. I sit in front of the easel and fully intend to work ..and the clock ticks by - gets to 3/3.30am and I just have to give up and go to bed.
Some nights I start falling asleep around midnight because I'm exhausted ..I'm the sort who can easily sleep 8 hours a night but have been lucky to get 6 most nights for some time now. (I get vertigo -BPPV- if I sit up from lying down for a while, so husband wakes me up at 10am every morning and helps me sit up slowly!) He doesn't know what time I got to sleep, and it isn't worth leaving notes to leave me asleep as it would disrupt the day too much.
If the WTA doesn't help, I'll get a blood test ..last resort as I'm far from impressed with our practice these days. Thanks for the notion though!
I wouldn't be surprised though if I do have a hormone deficiency - had been on HRT and initial tests showed I needed a double dose as I eliminate it too quickly. All fine for years until new doctors took over the practice and started making new rules. My BP was over the 'rule book figure' so I was put on only one per day, and was pretty much OK, but they were threatening to take them away altogether a couple of years ago so I volunteered to take one every other day ..better for me because it means I only have to get a check up every 6 months instead of 3 months when they run out! I think if that had been going to affect my concentration/motivation it would have happened far sooner than the past 4-5 months.
I've never had low BP, but it's one size fits all when they're filling out the tick lists, so I don't fit with their parameters! I've learned how to keep it low enough when I go to have a check though

(1/4 beta blocker 3 hours before, and two chicken sandwiches half an hour before my appointment!)
I don't take the Beta Blockers normally as I hate meds. Can only tolerate 1/4 tablet too!
Anyway, I'll bear that in mind and see if the WTA's make a difference first! Thanks
Happy to help!
I must get those coils and a few bottles of PG/VG liquid to the post office Ian!
