Probably, 18 days is not too bad for SG, I've waited a lot longer than that in the past, as for your comment on them sending it the wrong way, I don't think so, as FT said it was sent back by Customs, unless the RM are playing silly beggars because I have been complaining about their service and they have put me on a blacklist, will have to wait and see if other items come through okay, I already have a small one on it's way from FT and a 50W sx350 mod from the States.

Oh yes! Forgot it was sent back via customs!
I've been getting steadily more fed up of RM - for many years we used to get post between 9- 9.30, then it got to 11am as more houses were built nearby, but now it's got so that 4pm isn't out of the question. Usually 1.30-2.30, but I find it restricting if we want to go out. Having to go to collect it a day later at the tiny sorting office desk is a pain!
Some days we get no post, and that's almost unheard of in the past, then a day or so later, we'll get a bundle of envelopes and packages!

FT asked me if I'd like to keep the 16mg juicy peach and have $0.5 to compensate me. I would rather they just send me a 6mg! We'll see what they say now.

Got an order of mostly DIY juice stuff from LT yesterday. Very prompt dispatch and delivery even though I went for the cheapest postage option. Nicely packaged as well with different types of products in different bags etc. I like that kind of thing as opposed to just chucking the bottles in a jiffy bag. One of my CV juices leaked a bit in transit when I ordered from them because of that I reckon.

Anyway got some 6mg VPG and 0mg VPG, some flavours and a couple of pre made 5ml testers. Does anyone know if the 5ml testers will have been mixed recently and will need a steep or maybe they mixed them all a few weeks ago and they are good to go? I thought maybe the latter as they are a limited number intro offer. Gonna mix some things this evening!

FT are very good at customer service - just tell them what you want and they'll most likely do it for you.

I've never had anything leak from either company thankfully.
I don't know about the LT 5ml sizes - Seeing there's no options available for the PG/VG mix, I've always assumed he prepares them before offering them on the site. Only he can tell you for sure when they were made.
I know he once told me that he likes to think most of them are good to use right away, and indeed I did find many that were. Some though do improve after even a matter of days, or a week or two.
If you either phone or email, they'll no doubt happily tell you :)

I'll send them an e-mail then I think. They are both fruit flavours so wouldn't need much steeping anyway.

I asked FT for a refund and they will refund me the whopping $1.96 or whatever for the wrong item. I'll just include the 6mg again next time I place an order, although not sure when that will be, the OH has 'placed a temporary ban' on ordering vaping stuff as I've had lots of small packages over the past few weeks. Probably for the best to have a break and get the most out of what I already have before getting more! I'm just debating what my excuse will be when my Kayfun and magma arrive. Order was placed weeks ago so doesn't count surely!

 Well, by the time a new FT order arrives, you may be off 'restricted rations' :)

Been getting a lot of that, one of the main reasons I complained a lot, I've even had deliveries after 17:00, as for the lost days, one of my posties was complaining on a Monday a couple of weeks ago, that when he came in he found loads of mail that hadn't been delivered on Friday and Saturday just waiting for him, it appears that now the managers have to get the mail delivered, no matter what, but without incurring too much overtime, so when they ask posties to do some extra to cover work the posties are now working only up to their day and saying "Up Yours" and not doing it, don't blame them myself, so it just gets left until they can get someone to cover the route, today 14:00 I saw a van pull up outside my maisonette, and 2 posties got out (think one may have been a manager), take a bag each out of the van, one went across the road to the estate opposite and the other did our side of the road, was expecting some vapemail, but only a couple of letters and a Damart catalogue :(

Some things should never be privatised, it just causes problems and the public suffer - just look at the Gas and Electric, alright for those that have shares in them.

Never been hit with Duty or VAT on any order from FT, hardware from the US is an entirely different matter, nearly always have to pay VAT, but so far not Duty

Oh dear, The OH should have no control over what you spend YOUR money on, unless it is impacting on the day to day management of the household finances :laugh:

I firmly believe that all public services should never have been privatised whether utilities, postal services or transport. They're all essential to the everyday running and welfare of the country in general, so large corporate profits should never have been a factor.

When letting Aromajuice know that the replacement had arrived safely, I remarked to her that I'd been stung for £11.54 duty/fees, and she said that if I order again, to remind her of our limit for paying fees! ;)

I order a lot of non-related things from Amazon etc., plus art materials, so my husband has no idea what sort of item is in the packages! ;) :) Today I got vitamins, shoe spray, coils and a CV order!
No-one questioned the cost of cigarettes when I smoked them!
Advantage is, I check the bank accounts and make sure bills are paid on time etc.

Although he did it the same way as the original, it looks as though he failed in that it wasn't as good
There's quite a long thread on the new BVC coils: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...w-aspire-nautilus-mini-bvc-your-thoughts.html
Someone thought to ask Aspire what the material inside is:
Here is the reply from Aspire...
"It is oil cotton, with a little ceramic inside."

Because that ceramic material feels/is crumbly, the mesh screen on top seems to be there to stop any particles escaping.

General consensus is that they can't be thoroughly cleaned, can't by dry burned, and can't easily be rebuilt either. The fact they work so well is their redeeming factor in justifying the cost.

I'm just hoping that the ones I have on the way from FastTech are the right ones, and that they work well :)
So far I've only used them in my mini Nautilus, and I haven't used the Aerotank mini yet.

Totally agree, nothing wrong in Private companies investing, and having some of the profits for that investment, but they shouldn't have control.

If items cost more than £15 then VAT @ 20% on total inc shipping, if items cost more than £135 then if calculated duty is less than £9 you don't pay it, different rates depending on item purchased, ecig hardware is 3.7%, eLiquid is 16.6%. Here is a calculator, but you have to clear your cache if you want to use it more than once, or set up a free account

Exactly, as long as it doesn't affect the household.

I saw another on AAEC forum trying it, he failed as well

Another mammoth work day for me.

Signed on at 5.30am. Finished my duty at 2.30pm. Then the Boss said "Ian can you do me a favour, couple of hours route learning another driver?"

No problem, finished showing the new driver the route at 5pm, plus got paid an extra hour for doing it.

Got back to the depot, "Ian, we're desperate, no drivers to cover a piece of work, could you do it please?"

So started at 5.30am finished at 8pm. But as well as the extra hours I did, I'll get paid an extra 3 hours on top (added on tomorrow). I'll soon have my car insurance paid for  I'm knackered though now :(

-----------------------------------------

Got home and vapemail waiting.

The new Reo has arrived, along with the other bits and pieces I ordered. Problem is, I'm too tired to have a play with them - have to wait until Sunday for my full attention.

My FT order is now in the packing phase, so I should be getting a "shipped" e-mail soon.

Forgot to add. No fees to pay on the Reo package, was marked with a fasttech type value  Bloody quick though, ordered late on Friday, crossed the pond and delivered today - that's what I call quick :D

Another forgot to add:

Got a reply from Vapology about the cappuccino

"it will be out for a while. hope to have it back eventually"

Gutted, looks like I'll have to put a different juice in my original Reo - capp is the only thing I've used in it for about 6 months now  Good job it's only one of about 20 juices in my daily rotation
