You won't find them in Boots Terry - I find the best price is from Theanine Serene with Relora - 60 Tablets (I haven't ordered from them yet) - or still a decent price http://www.yourhealthbasket.co.uk/index.php?l=product_detail&p=1062 (I've bought from here and it's reliable) plus it's often available on Ebay - I've bought from this one before: Theanine Serene with Relora - 60 Tabs - Source Naturals | eBay.
Wish I'd known yesterday and I could have sent you a couple to try. 2 per day works when it's troublesome, one at night is good now and then to keep it at bay. Works far better than anything the doctor prescribed or the chemist suggested - calms the system & no side effects. I think if you get troubled on and off, it's possible it's the IBS, and quite likely those tablets will help.

Something about losing a Dad - it's hard isn't it. Makes you suddenly grow up in one way, feel lost in another. Still, it makes you appreciate those you still have!
My Dad was my best friend all my life, and nothing could ever harm me as long as he was around. He was a quiet and good man who never raised his voice, but could silence fools just by altering his tone. Nothing has been quite the same since he went.

I hope you're right! :) Glad I went ahead and ordered that coffee and cream! Did you see they aren't on the concentrates list.

Thanks for the links trish, i just ordered some from the first link. :) The coffee and cream is gorgeous IMO and ians. If i am honest i very rarely look at concentrates trisha, as i don`t diy, but i did see there are none at all on chefs page yet.MBV ones that is.

I whole heartedly agree with Terry, for once  The coffee and cream is lush :D

Right bed time for this tired chap. I'll be back tomorrow - with my new toy :D

Trisha, talking about awkward buttons - the IPV2 has a touch sensor button. Not sure how good it is, cos I'm seeing mixed reviews about it, some love it, some hate it. It can be used with the normal firing button though. Also, are you really sure that the Hana will be right for you ?? I've ordered mine so I can go higher in wattage, ie over 15 Watts. If you're staying at lower power settings is it really worth buying one ?? I'm not trying to put you off, just thinking out loud I guess
I know, and we've been here before ...just keep seeing that lovely metallic red and want one ..the price isn't huge, and I won't need a special charger, so though I may just like it
I have MVP2's and iSticks that are capable of higher power than I'll ever use, but I'm not forever re-charging them, and that's what I like ..as well as the pretty red one! ;) ...does that make any sort of lop-sided sense?

Glad you've given them a try - the ones with Relora are better than the ones without even if they do cost a little bit more (not a lot).
If you still have upset when they arrive, take one and then another before bed - I'm pretty sure they'll start calming things down. It'll flare up again - not a cure, but it does help for flare-ups. (Pretty good if you get stressed by something too!)

I posted a list of the expected MBV concentrates here last night. Lemon Bar is on it and Blue Moo, so if you do want to make some for yourself, it'll be easy.
I'm looking forward to trying the Coffee Cream mix!
If I like it I'll get some more plus some Vanilla and the Vanilla Cupcake - I have a few that could be nice diluted in one of those!

Do you normally get a bad tummy when you're stressed mate, or does it just flare up on it's own ??

It`s weird ian, sometimes i can be fine for weeks, then it will just kick in. :?: Other times, like when i get a cold it always seem to settle on my stomach, and again i start with it.

With the IPV2 I ordered, it was in 2 colours, black and silver. I asked if I could have a black one, but unfortunately they only had silver left. Still looking forward to my new toy though :D Guess I could always get a wrap for it.

I've got the IPV1 (35w) and the black is not black it's more a dark grey - my second eLeaf iStick turned up today - ordered black got silver - I'm not going to complain though, the silver looks quite nice, wanted a red, but they didn't have one. My eLeaf Lemo also turned up, it's bigger than the KFL, more like the size of a KF 3.1, has a glass tank, build can either be vertical or like the kayfun, pre-built like the kayfun - looks really nice.

I agree, the silver in that is very nice. I have an MVP2 in silver, and it's not quite as nice in comparison.

I'll just have to wait for the red and black to come back in stock and then I'll have the full set, and at £30 each, well worth it, I've put the Mini Nautilus on the silver one, suits it nicely, took it off the Cana and it vapes better on the iStick at the same 10W, just put my Lemo on the Cana and had to turn it up to 15W.

 When I first came here, I couldn't understand all of you buying things to match, or in particular finishes ...now I get it! I've wanted one of those red ones ever since I first saw it ..and a red Spinner ll just didn't do it!

It's true though that I appreciate the longer times between charges! :)

I haven't got a black one - thought I may see what the MVP3 looks like when more info appears. There was talk that they'll fix the tough button and I'm hoping they make some nice colours too.
Still, when the iStick gets properly re-stocked I could cave in and get one ..they're so neat in size!

They do put out more power than an MVP2 at the same setting - I have to use the iSticks lower than the MVP's. Useful when a BVC or V2 coil is starting to clog up ..stick it on an iStick and it starts blasting away again for a while

I see VapeRus have some of all four colours in stock (Silver & Red low stock) Eleaf iStick Express Kit With Ego Adapter
and the full kit Black & Red available: Eleaf iStick FULL Kit With Ego Adapter

That's not a bad price for the kit without charger, but if you want the USB lead and charger, think myepack or vandykevapes is slightly better.

I got one with the kit, one without.
I'd seen so many price variations, I couldn't be sure what price new stock would be, so got them.
The first one (Silver) was from Ebay but it cost a bit more.

I was going to buy one of those nice red Hana 30's ..until I checked the measurements! Way too big! I'd want something neater - the images gave me the impression of a fairly compact design, and of course, it isn't.

So, I did a search for VV/VW 18650 usb ones - none the wiser as to what would be good: Found 60 vv vw mod 18650 usb at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

No problem - I was thinking it would have to be a stick type one as the box mods all seem on the big size or have other reasons not to get them. Just don't know much about any of the brands etc for the stick type ones.

The Lemon Cream Cake arrived ...thank you very much! :)

Happy new teef! ;)

I surrender  You've convinced me. I know what you mean though, it's better to have a higher spec item and not use it's full potential, then constantly be wanting something more :D

It`s weird ian, sometimes i can be fine for weeks, then it will just kick in. :?: Other times, like when i get a cold it always seem to settle on my stomach, and again i start with it.

That is weird Terry. Do you think it could be stress related at all ??

It's hard to judge the colours from website pictures, isn't it. To be honest, I just wanted that particular mod for the features and reasonable price, the colour was a secondary thing really. I've saved the Lemo in my favourites, I'll let you be the guinea pig for a while before I think about ordering

To be honest their not massive Trisha. They might seem big and unwieldy, but their easy to use and fairly comfortable to hold. Can't really comment on the buttons, cos mine hasn't been shipped yet - probably be here for Christmas as it's coming by surface post :( Even the Hana mini, isn't much smaller than the red one you wanted (I can only see it in black too). Guess it's like mobile phones now, their all getting bigger, as people want more features and memory fitting inside.

Glad to hear the guts are better today mate. You'll have to take a piccy of your new beaming smile when you get home

Just a quick input. I'm seriously looking at the Joyetech EGrip, the only thing putting me off is the £15 for 5 replacement heads and it's now available in the UK in brushed silver only. Twice the price of the istick but I think it might be worth it.

Can't really comment on that one, sorry. I've not used the EGrip myself. £3 per head is a bit pricey, but if they last a while then it could be a good investment :)

Been playing with my new toy today. The IPV2 (version 2) arrived this afternoon. Lovely piece of kit. Stuck a VTC3 in straight away and had a play :D

Size wise, it's about 10mm taller than my Reo, 5mm wider and about the same thickness - so it's comfortable to pick up and use. Came in a nice presentation box, with spare screws for the battery cover, USB charging lead (which I'll never use), screwdriver, instructions etc. The only negative for me, is the battery compartment screws are tiny, so I'll have to be careful I don't strip the threads and the screwdriver is useless, cos the end hasn''t been machined correctly to fit the screws - it's got a round end instead of hexagonal or cross point  Not a problem though, as I've got plenty of tools that do fit the screws.

Positives :

Comfortable to hold, not very heavy.
Easy to read screen, with power setting, voltage being drawn from the battery, atty ohms and battery meter.
Touch sensor firing works a treat.
Tried 5 different toppers so far and they all sit flush.

Popped a Kayfun on first and went up to 50 Watts - bloody hell, nearly coughed up a lung
Tried a few other attys - at lower watts - all work fantastic.
Now it's got the D-Eagle on there, running dual coils total resistance 1.0 ohm. The tank is massive, so it's a little too big for the mod, but they match well together. When I had the D-Eagle on the Private V2 or the Maraxus, there was a slight delay in firing, with the IPV2 no delay at all. I'm currently running it at 25 Watts (5.0 Volts), the flavour and clouds are amazing. Not too hot a vape either. I'm in love

The D-Eagle can stay on there for a while. Might re-wick one of the Foggers tomorrow and see how well they work on it.
