No bob, i don`t think i would ever need to vape @ 150w mate, 50 will be plenty for me. :) I saw the vapour shark last night, bit too expensive for me though, despite ian thinking i am a millionaire

I'll be surprised if you even need 50 Watts mate. I've been using my ipv at 30 Watts maximum and that's plenty for me :) I know you're not a millionaire, yet ...

I do think it's as I've suspected this past couple of months - something in smoking tobacco and the brain stimulant effect taking over the natural production of dopamine/serotonin. It makes sense once you find it and can read it. Decades of smoking every day, and everything I am or have done has been while smoking tobacco.
Some people get the problem for a few months, but others find it lasting - I'm yet to find someone who has had it long term and it went. So I need to find a way to kick-start it again.
I've found some supplements that do help with dopamine and serotonin (things like NADH, B-12 Hydroxocobalamin, L-Carnitine, L-Theanine) and I've also found the nootropic supplements that are more powerful (Pramiracetam & Oxiracetam).

Most beautiful sunrise I saw was when we stayed overnight at a country house hotel after a new year dinner. I woke up early to a hoar frost mist hanging over the fields and a beautiful pale gold hazy sun just rising through it.

When I was still going out to work, I always got up at 5.30 so that I could have a cup or three of tea and cigarettes in peace! Some mornings I'd walk out into the garden, and the clean quiet air was lovely.

Yep there's plenty of things in ciggies that we don't know about. I've heard talk of anaesthetic chemicals, so you don't burn your lungs when inhaling. Also chemicals that aid the absorption of nicotine. There's that many different chemicals, I think the only people that know the full ingredients are the big bosses at big tobacco

That sounds like a lovely sunrise Trisha. I think I'd enjoy them more if I wasn't working. Nothing like the thought of driving a bus for a few hours to put you off anything

Hey look! at this moment, I've not smoked 9997 cigarettes! ....will be 10,000 soon! :) ...that's actually quite a frightening thought!

It is very thought provoking isn`t it ? The damage what we have prevented since we started vaping :toast:
It is ..she says -nodding and coughing with ironic laughter as she types!
All I've got is my brain deserted me, and I can't breathe at times! I was fine when I smoked!

Seriously, I'd be totally happy if I hadn't found I get problems with PG and some flavours! It's been a battle to negotiate some of these things.
And me who never was allergic to anything apart from one drug the doctor gave me in 2006!

Seeing these numbers and months mount up is a very encouraging thing.

...he wants it all, and he wants it now!

Did I see quoted somewhere that there's 4000 chemicals/poisons/heavy metals in them? Certainly something like that! I think it's an ammonia type substance that gives the brain a bigger hit of nicotine and makes it send messages that it needs more. I tell you, my neurons or whatever doodahs they are, are barely firing at all some days when it comes to work discipline!
..and they talk about legislation for e-cigs! ? that in itself is a mockery considering all they've allowed to happen with tobacco! Who regulated and tested that?

That sounds like a lovely sunrise Trisha. I think I'd enjoy them more if I wasn't working. Nothing like the thought of driving a bus for a few hours to put you off anything
It was - one of those memorable unexpected moments - new dawn of a new year. Nice.

Another milestone achieved, well done :D
Some days I feel I've dragged that milestone all the way  Not because I want cigarettes either - but because I've found some aspects of it very difficult to cope with.
If it hadn't been for all the information and help at this forum I'd have probably had to give up on it due to not being able to use what I had.

Still, it's nice to see it reaching that figure ...and our 'Classy Lady' even 'liked' it too!

OK, I do have a spare mini Nautilus :) Why not the MOW though?

I get the blackcurrant first then start to get the creaminess and cake type taste together with meringue (or a sort of icing sugar) on the exhale.

I just think eGo type attys look silly on top of bigger mods - suppose it's just an OCD thing

I get those flavours it's just that the bc is a bit overpowering, and I have it in an Aspire Nova with 1.8 Aspire bdc head at 3.6v (vv only mod)
I'm glad they sent me the 30ml bottle of Do'nut, as that really is a nice - definitely another to add to the ADV list

I also found the same with the QOP bob, though it was nice and i went through it pretty quick, i thought that the jam was a bit over powering everything else. I don`t remember ?? did you try the moo juice yet mate.

Not yet, it's the next and last on my list to try when I get a free mod & an empty tank (I'm waiting for a couple of ICE Nano tanks and chimneys to arrive for 2 KFL+s that are ready to go)

Oh no. I've no space left in my siggy to include the Odin that's coming in the post

I've had those problems as well, you may have noticed I keep having to alter mine, and I'm sure I have less in it than you

Managed to get one on eBay £30.45 just under $49 inc shipping and premade dual coil setup 0.5ohm, it arrived earlier last week, as soon as my phone has charged up I'll put up a piccy

===========================================================================================================================

On another note I don't think I will be doing any more business with Strix Elixirs - ordered 19/10 they then went to a Vape Convention in Phoenix and all orders were just left until their return 27/10 - they finally got round to shipping mine late last night Texas time - no communication apart from the order receipt and shipping info, although their site did say what the problem was and that they would upgrade the shipping - not really a good way to run a business and I am not a happy bunny.

@ Trisha, I think your mpv would benefit from an adapter

then you'll probably find that all your toppers fire, I read about

the problem with the centre contact before I bought mine

and I've had an ego/ego-510 adapter on from new

Before you bin your leaky toppers try pushing a piece of twisted kitchen roll

from the mouthpiece end to the top of the chimney and upend the topper

so it sits mouthpiece down for a couple of minutes, I've found that most of what

I thought was leaking was actually just condensation, it may work for you

I should add that all my toppers take the same single coil atty

as pt2, mpt2, evod etc
