Haven't used one anywhere but in here, so can't comment on if it would leak :)

Tis only the tank what may leak, we can`t blame the i-sticks for that :p But we could blame ian :D

But Bob, I don't have a beard!

Too much of a fire hazzard them things

Thanks Terry - I do like it but have 200mls of it

I am down to about 40 ml of 12 mg now, so i reckon i will get 30 ml of zero, mix them together to make 70 ml of around 6/7 mg. then i can really enjoy it in an orchid at some high watts. :) Up to now i have only tried 6mg posset this way, and would imagine the GVC will be geogeous.:)

Well, to smokers, perhaps! ;) ....just earlier this year, I was in a clinic waiting room waiting for my husband, and there was a lady there with her face bandaged so just her eyes, nostrils and mouth showed really ...her phone rang and she said 'oh yes, glad you're coming for me - I daren't light a cigarette myself because I'll set fire to the bandages'!
I sat there feeling a wee bit smug knowing I had an e-cig in my pocket! - I almost told her, but thought better of it.

Good idea! Mine are a mix of Zero and 12 too.

I ordered some Doughnut and LCCC plus two flavourings from Chefs at lunchtime today, and at 3.53 this afternoon got a despatch email! :)

Nite mate, don`t forget...If you are going to run your orchid like i have mine set up, you will need low nic juice or twill blow tha heed orf.

Hey terry could you post a link to the orchid (s) you have and which one you reckon is the best? (I seem to recall you ordering about 3 or 4 but not sure how many you've actually received yet). Cheers mate.

In other news had a bit of minor dental work yesterday so the left side of my mouth was numb for most of the day. Even made vaping a little tricky, I wasn't able to keep that side of my mouth completely airtight so when I inhaled I was actually drawing in fresh air and vaping at the same time, "slipstreaming" as phil busardo calls it. When I exhaled vapour would spill out from that side of my mouth whichever way I exhaled so I bet it looked kinda funny.

Have been trying some of those new concentrates I got from chefs over the past few days and some of them are already nice at the conc I mixed them at and a few days steep. Calipitter chow from mom and pops is like a slightly buttery shortbread cracker or something, nice and "savoury", not too sweet so goes with drinking a coffee or a beer quite well. :toast: You can have too many sweet vapes I find! I'll post my proper thoughts on them once I've let them have a proper steep and maybe adjusted the strength, at the moment the cinnamon danish swirl is still tasting a bit funky, but I'm hopeful it'll settle down. :glare:

I think the worst problem with the old stinkies was poorly made ones and trying to flick the ash off and the lighted end would come off instead, normally burning a hole in whatever you were wearing at the time

With the imminent arrival of my orchids I've been boning up on the discussions, forums and advisories,

it seems that some people are having trouble filling them, so I looked particularly at solutions and there

are a few fixes and 2 newer versions of the atty where the original chimney which obstructs the fill port

in the v4 have been altered. The v5 & v6 are advertised on google as orchid x

The most obvious fix to me would be to buy a kayfun top fill cap which may or my not require an o ring change ymmv

the other fix that would not require specialist tools or the use of a machine shop is to screw the chimney onto the deck

and mark where it obstructs the fill port, then with a small rat tailed file remove some of the metal from the side of the chimney

at about a 30 degree angle, taking care not to remove so much that it alters the seating, this apparently makes room for the air

to escape as the tank fills with juice which is the root of the problem

The other thing I've been reading up on is the single coil build, which involves either building over the positive posts (which I dont fancy)

or building one side, installing the chimney then plugging the unused air port and juice channels with wetted cotton. The performance of a single coil

build is said to " blow single coil kayfun and russian builds out of the water " and be comparable to single coil rda builds

Other stuff I've been reading about involves the use of hollow body piercing needles inserted in the air ports to prevent leaking,

and that's about it

;) ...you mean there are monks that do stand on live cables? ....cool!
Just me and my wacky sense of humour at times! :)

No, but I do - did have second thoughts on adding that bit
Quite! made me laugh though!

Thanks! Got it :) I'll send it to you soon ...I may be sending you a few of the Strix ones ..didn't take to them too much really, so I'll sort through them.

I have a few of theirs - mostly untried yet. I go to the M&P website and read the reviews to decide what sounds good :) That one sounds rather good and likely to be also good to mix with other things such as chocolate, strawberry, peanut butter etc.

I like the Rebranded Range - such a small percentage of flavouring needed, so far less PG for me! :)

They were super quick on my last order as well. what were the flavourings you got?
Strawberry Shortcake and Meringue. The shortcake I'll use as is, and the meringue will likely be mixed with some cream, pie or cake, and perhaps a raspberry/strawberry mix. I'm rather liking making them up in 10ml bottles and mixing them as required rather than trying to make a mix of flavours in one bottle! :)

I think the worst problem with the old stinkies was poorly made ones and trying to flick the ash off and the lighted end would come off instead, normally burning a hole in whatever you were wearing at the time
As you'd imagine, that was a big problem for me - I'd have a cigarette in my left hand, and painting with my right and forget the cigarette ...I had a few black burns in the grey Berber carpet I have in here! Covered by a sisal rug now!
Worst thing I need to check last thing now is that I left no batteries charging rather than crawling on the floor to make sure no hot ash fell and then emptying the ashtray!

Well my vape mail arrived today and I'm not impressed. The slug is bigger than expected or I have small hands. Works perfectly no problems no adjusting, stick a battery in and a rocket on top and away she goes.
The Poldiac clone is a typical cheap clone, needs modifying. With the short tube on for 18500 for some reason it's a bit tight, had to take the stickers of batteries to stop them getting bit stuck. My 18650's all slid easy enough and the longer tube is ok it's just the short tube and the efest stickers I had to remove. That sorted that but switch don't work, worked once but that's it. Out with the multi meter and nothing. Pull it apart, clean everything try it with the meter and bits in hand and it seems ok now. Just waiting for the glue to dry (had to glue the magnets in) before I reassemble and retest it.

VapeMail - some bottles, some heatsinks and the 2 clear PC KFL+ tubes that have taken 27 days to get from the USA with absolutely no tracking whatsoever, first time that has happened.

Oh and the Cloupor T8 with some spare door magnets, a nice little screwdriver and 510 screw-in pins (it has a non-spring loaded adjustable pin), takes 2 x 18650 in series and according to the blurb performs best at between 0.5 and 0.8 ohm although it can handle 0.15 to 4.0 but as you can see from the display I put my Lemo on top with a 1.16 ohm coil and it performs lovely at 15w.

EDIT: Just took it up to 20w, 25w getting warmer and 30w a bit too warm for me, think I'll leave this one at 20w with the Lemo so as not to ruin the coil.

Great news Ron, just take it easy for a month or two, or however long it takes, we don't want to see you back in hospital again.

Had an e-mail bob from grey haze. VS rDNA 40 should be being shipped wednesday or thursday this week. Now I need to get some Ni200 wire.

Vapemail as well eh? Must admit being a Mech I don't use the Slug as much as I would like, it's a beautiful mod but as you say quite big and heavy as well.
I got a Poldiac quite a few months back, never did like it - it's boxed up and put away now, mine came with a 18650 tube, a 18350 tube and an extension to that for 18500 - think I had the same problem with having to take the labels off the red eFests, but that's a problem I've had with other mods and red eFests as well.

I think we've all been there, carpets, chairs, clothes and of course fingers, leaving them in the ashtray until they fell off so the table got a brown mark, my ashtray only got emptied when I couldn't put any more in it  luckily we have been converted ( I've still got the missus though :( )

Thanks for the comment Bob, I've learned something else, it might be a common thing with efests. Just looked at the Poldiac clone again and it will take 18350 as well.

I think it is the extension piece that caused the problem, when they are together if you put your finger down the tube you can feel the difference in the Internal diameter

I haven't read it yet, but noticed on my Samsung Note 3 when I was taking those pictures that there was an email from GH saying something about Wednesday, must go round the shops now, we've run out of bread.
