Sounds just like my house  But yeah the wifes the same and loves hoarders, just knocks me bloody sick though.

Same here mate. I have to look away sometimes on the really gross parts. Don't mind seeing the dead rats, but when they show used nappies

I preferred him to Donny and Jimmy :D

Odd times, we do get a peculiar alternative, but with Tesco, you can leave a note for each item when you 'view full basket' - you can tell them whether you will or won't accept an alternative, and also what to get or what you don't want. Once the note is on something you buy regularly, it stays there unless you change it. Any alternatives are at the same price or lower.
For instance, if I buy steak the note says 'no grains or fat please' - and so far, we've never had a poor piece! We only have a 3oz piece each in order to keep the fat content low.
With the fresh fruit salads, I accept an alternative but stipulate no apple or melon.
With the morning Americano double coffee pods, I'll specify only Senseo seeing they can't tell the difference between a pod and a capsule not to mention different brands of machine! Duh!
The secret is to keep the instructions short & precise and you don't go far wrong - far more convenient and they'll take back anything you don't want. Credit within 2 days and if you could have got it cheaper elsewhere, you get a coupon code the day after in your email.
I used the special offer delivery saver - 6 months @ £1.50 per month as long as it's mid-week deliveries which is what I always get (better stocked shop).
With that saver plan I can have a delivery Tues, Wed & Thurs if I wanted as long as it's £75 or over. We only get one delivery each week though - and the bakery bread is baked to order that morning :)
All in all, it beats the hell out of going into the supermarket - it's full of people for goodness sake!!!

I think my Wife is just using the replacement thing as an excuse to be honest. Whenever we go to Asda's she'll spend about half an hour going through all the reduced items. I keep saying, don't get a load of stuff that needs using up by tomorrow. I don't see the point in buying a half price loaf of bread, we eat a third of it, then have to throw the rest away cos it's going hard - that's false economy to me

I'd much rather pay £1 to have the shopping delivered. Rather than get in the car, drive the 3 miles to Asda's, spend 2 hours wandering around and risk having some knobber park their trolley in the side of my car

Give me an easy shopping experience any day.

Signature Tips 50% Code BF1DAY tomorrow

Not heard of them Bob, are they UK based mate ??

Brummies Ian, think they are tied up with Grey Haze who sell their tips as well, they have quite a collection but mainly metal.

Cheers mate. Think I'll give it a miss then. I use a few metal tips, but I mainly use resin or similar - so I don't burn my lips.

Definitely! I prefer getting what we know we need, and if I want something different, can just wander around the website- at least there's no-one trying to elbow me out of the way! Husband went for some extra bread last week and was annoyed by an elderly couple that glared at him for daring to go near the bread, so started side-stepping to try to move him ...he didn't budge though! If it's not someone defending 'their space' it's someone yelling into a phone while they shop! Not to mention the small boy allowed to carry a metal basket ..guess whose shins he banged into- and his mother looked at me as though it was my fault for being in his way! We've twice had people open car doors onto ours! One was a family that pulled up and their children just flung the doors open and clambered out! Thud! - thankfully it didn't dent the car, but they didn't say a word to us or their careless children ! ...oh, and an old guy decided to back out of his space as I walking past - his car actually just nudged me as I was trying to dodge out of his way. Oh they joys of supermarkets Uugh! :)

+1 for eSpares - the only thing they and others have fell down on is a replacement visor for my New Edition Cooker Hood, mind you it's over 20 years old
We had, until very recently, a little Goblin Rio cylinder cleaner that we used in the garage for perhaps 15 years ..must have been at least 25 years old ..and we wanted a replacement floor head for it ...E-Spares had one!
They really have got it right as far as getting spares to people - a lot of that stuff is wanted because something can't function without it, so they're very efficient.

I've also got an istick stuck in China.
It's been in a place called Shenzhen,if that is a place,since the 22nd.Five days,just not moving.
That makes three of us!

They do look nice. I prefer stainless steel as I find some POM or PMMA or whatever plastic ones don't taste quite so good, although ones with a plastic base or insulator are good for keeping it cool.

As long as you don't mind .6mg! :) I'll send it ..and the coffee? - may be Monday before I get to the post office though - not looking forward to being in the car :( but will have to go to get that dratted Hana sent back.

That's so kind of you! :) Depends if it'll fit on my desk ...I'm slowly depleting the space I need for work stuff!
Is it this one: $5.94 Acrylic 16 Hole Display Stand for E-Cigarette - fits devices up to 63/64"(25mm) in diameter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
If it is, it'll fit behind my main desk tidy! But if it's the square one, then I'm afraid it won't.

Thanks trish,no rush at all, but i can just mix the 6 with my 18 mg. :) That is the correct display, and i will get it to you next week, no probs. :toast:

You're not supposed to put the tips on top of the coils  nearly all my tips are metal and I have no problems with them getting hot

Terry - I forgot to tell you: you need the freezer model number and then try E-spares - our fridge is a Bosch so I put the model number in their search box, clicked on doors and hinges and there it was: pack of 2 hinges £26.
This is the fridge & freezer spares: Buy Fridge & Freezer Spares - Salad Drawers, Door Seals, Bottle Racks & More | eSpares | eSpares

Ordered yesterday afternoon around 4pm, arrived by DPD at 10am this morning ...fitted by son before lunch! (lucky he was on a day off) He knows the fridge and the outer door assembly etc. well because he fitted it all! :)

Second time this year E-spares has had something we needed: glass inset broke on the washing machine door a few months back!

Thanks trisha, i will probably just call in b and q next time i am passing. That way i can take the broken one with me and hopefully just get a replacement. :)

Totally agree, I have a few with the POM insulators on them as well, tend to use them on small RDAs like the cyclone or the odd clearo that has a loose fitted DT like the iClear 30b, I also have a set of PMMA ones just in case, but have never used them.

Watch the prices with B&Q as they can be more expensive for some things - take a look on the E-Spares site first and put the model number in to see how much they are from there :)
The pair I got for our fridge were £26.

I had a really strange day with one of my kayfuns today ! A mate of mine came round today to fit a new fire ( full lot ) and as usual i started my day with a brew, and a coffee and cream vape. So after an hour or so, picked up my nemmy with the said kayfun on top. ( blackberry )

I took a couple of draws, and noticed a lot of gurgling, so blew it through to clear it. went for another vape and my hand was covered in juice  Went to the kitchen opened the kayfun up and checked all was good on the inside and it was.

So i wiped everything down and refilled it, on to the mod took a pull, and exactly the same thing happened...juice all over my hand. It`s coming out of airhole and the afc. I have got absolutely no idea what`s happened there !!!

So i took it apart again made sure all was tightened down etc, filled it again Then just set it down near the sink. made a brew, and went back to the living room, to see how my mate was getting on. I had 10 minutes with him then went back to the kayfun, Empty :( So i reckon that will be going in the bin tomorrow !

For us the only other problem with the on-line shopping is getting stuff into favourites for repeat orders. We've only used it a couple of times. Last time I was in control of the laptop, ended up putting in a few extras. Extra ice-cream, chocolate, crisps etc, all the essentials

I tend to barge people out of the way with the trolley, it's all about attitude Trisha. Look like your going straight for them and you've got no intention of changing course, those elderly couples soon get the message. It's a bit like driving a bus really

They do look nice. I prefer stainless steel as I find some POM or PMMA or whatever plastic ones don't taste quite so good, although ones with a plastic base or insulator are good for keeping it cool.

For me it's the opposite Adam. I sometimes get a bit of a taste with metal tips. The resin, POM etc, just seem to have a more tactile feel in the mouth too for me. Different strokes for different folks :D

You're not supposed to put the tips on top of the coils  nearly all my tips are metal and I have no problems with them getting hot

Knew I was doing something wrong

I checked earlier george, and there has been some movement on my sticks now, mine and trishes have been stuck there since the 21st !

Mine has only just got to the acceptance stage :(

I've been looking round for a dilution chart but they are all

a bit technical for me so I sat down with a pen and paper.

I would be grateful if someone would cast an eye and put me

straight if I'm wrong - if I bought 50ml of 54mg nicotine solution

and added it to 350ml of vg/pg would I end up with 400ml

of 6.75mg nic stock solution ? TIA

No problem at all trish :) The thing is with our appliances is that we bought the kitchen a few years ago, and me and my eldest fitted the full lot, and i have absolutely no idea of the brands  It is all intergrated like your`s, and we just chucked everything together.

try changing the small o-ring that seals the chimney to the top cap mate. If it's not sealing right there, it cocks up the vacuum in the tank and you get those symptoms.

Sounds about right Vince.

I just put those figures into "e-juice me up" and it came out at 6.75mg
