Should work, I believe the nautilud doesn't use screw on tips so should be fine. (Otherwise worst case scenario just need to buy driptip adapter there like 2$ don't think you'll need that though but future references 
)

It's not really a matter of threading, more of size/diameter. The removable drip tip that comes with the nautilus just seems so small. Sorry I'm pretty much new to drip tips, anyone know what size the Nautilus uses? 301, or 510?
Just googled it has a 510 so those will work fine, always wanted a nautilus but instead bought my valkyrie clone and Iv barley used tanks since. Has it been good for you? May need to add it to the collection eventually
Only been vaping on it for a day so I don't have extensive experience with it, but it has been working great for me. I was a little worried about the fact that the glass just sits over a rubber seal. Sometimes I pull the my mod out of my pocket by the top, and I was worried about the glass pulling up and spilling juice everywhere. However, after receiving the unit, these fears were allayed. The glass sits over the rubber seal and flush with the bottom ring of the tank, so there's no space between the glass and rubber. Add to that the vacuum seal created by vaping, and the glass won't budge or leak.
I had some gurgling issues today, but I took care of that by changing to the largest airhole and vaping on that a few times to allow more air to get to the wicks to dry them out. Plus, holding the mod upside and pressing the fire button.
