Anyone know of vendors selling 801 stuff in Canada ?

Picked up a refurbished (by NUCK) FistPack from Joel (Loghomeguy) here on the forum....

Didn't realize it was an 801 and kinda panicked but figured I cld just buy an adaptor and have at it. However, I went through my stored stuff and found a couple 801 atty's from way back when and screwed one on and started dripping with it.. WOW !!! What a difference from 510 atty's (any brand/resistance) for flavour and vapour !! I'm impressed !!

So, I'm looking if any of the Canadian vendors are selling these that you've come across, as I think I want to play with the 801's for a while.

Also glad to see that SuperT just came out with an adaptor for the vapemate to use on 801 atty's... so I guess I'm going to be doing some more shopping, lol.

Oh, and as an aside, Joes had and showed me his Provari, and I really have to say what an amazing device. I think "any" savings I may be seeing from totally switching over are going to be going out the window shortly !!

Check out Electronic Cigz, they're here in Ontario & have two different 801 atomizers. A high voltage one (like for use with 5v mods etc) for $11...and a low resistance one for $10.

I just got a bunch of 801 atties from ikenvape. I find myself being drawn more towards flavour then throat hit these days. I had heard that the 801 is better for flavour then the 510.

Sadly I have no device yet to use them with. Hopefully it will come next week.

I don't know why I didn't check these 801's out before ! Man, nice tighter draw (that I love), and haven't had a single leaky mess even over dripping.

mmmmmm the flavours are just sooo much better than I've experienced before on ANY 510 atty's..... even my trusted Janty atty's !

I am still waiting for IKV to restock myself. I am really excited to try the 801s! The tighter draw is a serious dealbreaker for me.

I don't know where these two 801 atty's are from (had them well over a year for no reason), but they ARE thirsty !! I blow them out every night and sit them in a dish to drip out, put 5 drops next morning to start and then 3 drops every 6 hits or so. Love the whistle tip from the carts that I removed, even if its a little more effort to drip.

I here SuperT has some 801 to 510 adaptors for the vapemate now. But the 801 is long enough as it is before adding one of those, so I'll have to see if they make a "shorty" 801 atty out there.

Just got some LR 801s from Cisco @ avidvaper. He ships fast as hell up here, so I am stoked to try these ones.

Let me know how they are Ryan. I've yet to order any since I've been literally attached to my GLV's, my ego, and my 510.

I have been dripping berry, melon & sweet juices in the 801 on the FistPack, but my only other (different) 801 atty I have is a dud so far. I keep messing with it with high hopes, but ya know..... as I said, I don't even remember when I got these.

Really, I should get off my .... and search out available shorty 801's for when I get the 801-->VapeMate adaptor.

When I'm using the VM on my 510 stuff, I've needed to use a 510-510 adaptor to stop the occasional flooding from hitting the device. I think I need to try the tube mod, because with this tilt/watch/straighten/drip thing..... I'm just not getting the hang of it, lol. But with the 801, which I haven't managed to flood once dripping yet I can't fathom the added length of the VM will be very appealing overall on a standard length.

Time will tell !.....
