I don't see a ticket system or anything. what kind of BS is that? Absolutely no contact info at all. Unreal. The zmax mini I bought from them not even two months ago always had a problem firing. Sometimes u push the button and it doesn't fire at all.. U have to keep hitting the button. I could never email them about it, so I just dealt with it now the problem is getting worse.

It appears Abe doesn't like emails so don't be surprised if no one answers. Do a search on google for their email and some threads here will pop up stating he closed down the email address due to too many emails.

That's not an email address. Go to Exhale Vapors - Powered by Kayako Fusion Help Desk Software and click on "Submit A Ticket". It's a website that will take you to a contact page where you can fill out your info.
Scroll all the way to the right of their front page to see the "submit a ticket" but don't waste your time. The won't respond. I've submitted 2 tickets several days apart about a problem with one of their mods and they haven't responded. To me this is lousy customer service and I won't be doing business with them again. And you're right. There is no contact info which also is lousy customer service.
I'll give that a shot but I don't expect a response from email either.
You can use a WHOIS service as well to find out who owns the domain name. There are several services but this is one. exhalevapors.com WHOIS domain registration information from Network Solutions
