Let it be a lesson; if a vendor's address is not published, and there's no contact info, don't order from them. I never do.

Without an address, you have no legal recourse.:glare:

Their address is on their website but no email or phone # and they don't respond to their ticket system. That's the complaint.

About a week and a half.

Yeah even if they are on vacation that is an unacceptable amount of time to wait. If you don't mind me asking what is the issue. If you got defective item or something return it certified mail and keep a copy that sent it. Wouldn't be bad idea to take picture of item and package for your records as well. Then contact your credit card company and dispute the charge and tell them you returned the items. I think all credits cards give you 60 or 90 days to dispute any charges. After that is done it is the company's responsible to refute or counter your reasons for a refund. Unless it is a huge purchase they will more than likely not bother especially since you got your receipt of the certified mail that you sent it.

Certified mail basically means that the receiver is required to sign indicating that they did in fact receive the package. You then get a receipt that they did in fact receive it. Think it's only a $1 or $2.

I guess if you haven't received your product you can do the same thing with credit card company and in your ticket make a post indicating that you are canceling the order and have disputed claim with credit card company. Print and make copy of post for your records.

I know it's a pain the .... but paying 1 or 2 bucks to get $50-$100 purchase back is worth it in my opinion. I've only had to dispute 2 CC claims in my life...nothing to do with ecig purchases...but it's pretty painless and neither of them was ever re-disputed company. I'm pretty sure you can do this with pay-pal as well but you may only have 30 days with them.

Hope that helps. Keep us informed about the situation.

Exhale vapers is not only slow and difficult to deal with to begin with, they are having a family "issue" thats got the shop near closed. Items all out of stock etc. I got a DOA mod from them about 3 months ago, and it took 2 months to get a store credit after returning it promptly. To top it off theres nothing to buy on the damned site. Id never recommend exhale to anyone honestly, check out their facebook page, FULL of complaints, and no responses from them to any of them

Thanks for taking the trouble to explain all that but my issue isn't that I want a refund or didn't get my purchase. I bought a Sigelei 20 with the upgraded hot spring and thought it had a locking on/off button as advertised. I learned a couple days after I bought it that this is a known issue. The button just spins freely and can move into the locked position while using it causing misfires. I submitted a ticket telling them that the button doesn't lock as advertised and asked what they plan to do about it, refund my money or send a replacement switch when they become available. Their mods I believe only have a 7 day warranty and because they haven't responded that warranty is over. I think they know of this problem and let my warranty expire by not responding and now I see that they are out of stock or were pulled from the shelf. I only paid $30 for the mod so it isn't worth the trouble of contacting my bank. I'll just pass the word that they are not a good place to shop and why. This thread will hit them where it hurts, in the wallet.

Before I buy online, I always first check for contact information. Either call or email regarding the product description or stock confirmation. You would be surprised how many places won't answer the call, or respond to the email. If you can't get through when they want your money, they sure won't be there when you need help resolving an issue. I have been surprised the other way, as well. Several places respond after hours to emails.

this falls under dont expect much when you buy cheap. Sigelei clones are made to look good in a picture so you will part with your money. the manufacturer and the people who sell them have no concern about function. There is thread after thread of issues with those mods.
Id imagine if your handy you can make it work right or possibly order a switch from a different mod and replace it. Im sorry you got took.

As for their 7 day warranty it doesn't matter if you dispute with credit card company. Once that is done it is the companies responsibility to convince your credit card company that you are at fault and not them. Most companies as I said won't bother with this for a small amount and proof you returned the product.

Up to you if $30 is worth going after. I guess it depends on how much you factored the safety of the locking feature into place. To me if a company didn't respond in a week and half unless I was satisfied with the product I would return it just based on principal. I mean it's no different than Best Buy...if you went into their store and bought something and you decided you were not happy with product...would you allow them to ignore you when you came in and explained the reason you are not happy with product? If Best Buy treated you that way I can see a very huge argument in the store that would happen. No reason to not do the same with online business especially if they refuse to even talk to you.

If you are happy with product that is a different story. It's up to you how satisfied/unsatisfied you are with product and how far you want to carry it. For $30 skip all the return and certified mail...what have you got to lose. Just dispute with CC company and see if they ever respond. For $30 I doubt they will ever respond. I'm not suggesting this for getting free stuff for low dollar orders but if you got valid argument as to why you are unhappy and they won't respond to you within 1.5 weeks take this recourse. The worst that will happen is that require proof that you returned the goods. So you can do without using certified mail...I just suggested that so you had proof.

Yep, you get what you pay for. I've steered away from clones but I really like the Roller and can't afford it so I thought I'd give it a shot. The mod works ok, it just that the button moves to the off position when you use it and I have to keep moving it back to "ON". It's a PITA but it sure works good when it works.

Sorry one more post...even if you don't want to pay certified mail charges to return it...dispute it with cc. If they re-dispute that you haven't returned product request that they send you a box with pre-paid shipping and certified mail charges. Like I said if you fight a 30$ charge they will more than likely give up as it's not worth their time and effort especially if the dispute goes on for longer than 90 days.

You have the upper hand if you made purchase with CC. They have to disprove your claims or give reasonable doubt to your claims. Worst case is that it goes to small claims court...which is where your proof would come in to play...but for $30 I highly doubt they would go that far. I'm not a lawyer but just offering my experience with disputing CC claim and online orders.

Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions. A $30 claim is not worth the hassle for me. If it were a $100 mod that would be different. I prefer to write a neg review about exhalevapors but I don't think I can do it here since they are not a supplier here. I'll check with a mod about that but I can write a neg review on other forums and that is what I'll do where allowed. I encourage everyone that has had a similiar experience with this company to pass the word.

I have submitted a 3rd ticket telling them that they have lost a customer and that I would be telling my experience on ECF. We'll see if that lights a fire under their :censored:es. I'll post again if I hear from them but I doubt that I will.
