Anyone Know Where This Goes?

Hi,

I was cleaning my Kanger aerotank mini works and this fell out on my chair. Does anyone know where this goes? I've looked closely at the aerotank but can't seem to see where this small rubber band came from...

I can see the other little rubber bands just like this one and they're all tucked away as they should be.

I dont have an aero tank, but if its similar in the base to the PT2, then that goes in the base
