Anyone ordered anything from smartvapes.com?

We placed a pre-order with smartvapes.com for the "Innoken itaste SVD". According to the site expected shipping date is mid-march.
We did recieve a comfomation email of sorts. It was more of a receipt confirming our shipping info, not including where said shippment is coming from. This seems odd to me. But it showed no time frame for delivery at all.

When we look at the site it shows the SVD's as in stock and stock moving out. So... we emailed the sales@ email addy on the sites contact us page. And got no responce.

Anyone placed an order with smartvapes.com?


Now it may be that they are taking pre-orders before they actully place their order. To insure they dont get stuck with left over stock from some min required deal like alibaba or young june or whatever.

Any ideas?

I have ordered a couple things from them and their method of shipping info is weird. I tend to get an email saying that they got my order, one saying that it was processed and getting ready to ship, a shipping email, then a tracking number, all in about the course of a week. They are not the fastest company I have shopped through but I do always get my orders. I haven't place a pre-order with them though.

They have horrible cust. service, seem never to respond to emails, plus they don't post your reviews no matter what you say whether good or bad but they've always shipped what I order and I love their cheapie 306's. Also ya the tracking info is always off and stuff takes about a week to arrive. All I can tell you.
