Help! Ordered juice from Bombay vaping

I have ordered juice once before from Bombay vaping and was very pleased with my samplers and how fast I recieved it so I just placed a full order July 1st and it's seems like they took my money and ran. The email I got said will ship in 2-3 days well it's been a week and I still haven't got a "your order has been shipped confirmation number yet" email. I emailed them and got a strange email back saying my email didn't go through.

What should I do?
 
I'm also having an issue with an order I placed on Aug 3. The order confirmation I received stated that there would be a 2 to 3 day delay in shipping because they were at Vapestock. It seemed odd because I knew that Vapestock was in July, but thought it was an automatic reply. Anyway it's now 8/25 and the order status still says it will ship in 2-3 days. I've sent 3 emails requesting a status update, but each one has come back undeliverable. This is the 5th time I've ordered from them so I really don't want to think the worst, but at this point I'm kind of starting to. I hadn't thought of calling them, but will give that a try.

I usually have pretty good luck with this company and really do like their product, prices, and ability to customize. I've noticed with them that the shipping does not usually update and I wind up just getting it in the mailbox; when it has updated it's been because I have emailed them and asked if it had shipped. However, with this last order I am now going on 7 days (granted ordered on a Sunday and today is a Sunday) with no communication despite my email which was also returned undeliverable; this is new because I have never had a problem with that email address for CS in the past BUT there are two email addresses listed and maybe I just went with the wrong one (skkho@...). Anyway, I'm hoping for the best but will probably take a break from them as I found ECBlend who I am giving a chance because they seem very similar so far in each area that I liked about Bombay. Bombay does have my two all days Key Lime Pie and Carmanna so we'll see...

i placed an order on 8/6/12 and tried emails to only have them kicked back undeliverd too so today 8/28/12 i tried to call phone number on site said voice mail box is full
so what is everyone doing last order i made with them went just fine

I still have not heard anything from them despite attempts to contact either. I haven't called them but believe the full voice mailbox is probably the most telling. My last order went fine as well and this newest one was placed on 8/19/12. It was a small order so I'm just going to give them the benefit of the doubt for the time being. I did delete my credit cards from my account with them and will monitor my bank account. The owners had a good reputation around here and several members know them personally so maybe they will make good and life just struck.

I talked to the owner and he told me his website was hacked. He said he has no access to the site, servers or credit card processing. I am not sure why he doesn't post something here telling people this. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. He said something about orders with numbers above 3000 aren't filled but wants to honor all orders when everything is staightened out.

If true that pisses me off more then him just quitting and running.
