Out of 6 large shipments, only the very first one got messed up. They forgot the zipcode, but ultimately refunded me the money for the chargers, after 90 days. Be aware that Paypal has a 45 day policy, but Deal Extreme will tell you to wait 60 days to resolve your matter (even with EMS express shipping) Every other order has been fine. All batteries and chargers.

Yes, but it takes at least a month to get your items. If you plan ahead DX is a great place to get good deals on batteries and cheap kits for your friends and family to try e-cigs with. 
what to do... its cheap there ma... sad... haiz.. must request to ship iner electronic spares the next time... but other than getting from DX and HC, which other site is good and not over priced? i got mine locally from a fren, $70 with a charger, 1 batt and a 10ml juice...
@Andykoh1981. Pleeeeaaasssse pardon me for being direct. A cheap product in this case will not give you the satisfaction and feel of a true vaping experience. 2 months after you start to vape, and if you disagree with me, please let me know.
All said, it does not mean that you need to pay with an arm or a leg... getting the right equipment is the basic requirements. There are instances where a new PV leaks, or charger popping... would you want such equipments?

ehhh bro sotong, so far been using one dunno which brand but resembles the E510 design la. Bought from my frens supplier for $70, so far working well for 2 months and its like brandless, lok kok packanging so... most prob from there also?? ive seen a few look alike on DX.
@Andykoh1981. Bro, as a private member, I am sure you have a better view of what is a better solution already. Regarding the packaging, I was told that the most expensive PV comes bubble-wrapped only. Using your creativity, you can spend $70 and get a much better vaping experience.

Bro Sotong, 1st one was sold to me by a fren loh... Then didnt know at all on how good or bad it is... But ive also gotten somemore stuffs from HC for myself and frens... Hope i can get it this time round... Then after i try hor, i tell u DX is sai or worth it =D
@razenex. You salah liaoz. I have never recommend any particular model to any person hor... Only thing I recommend is the DCs, which is good value for money. And so far, these people nvr throw stones at me leh...
