I recently placed an order for 316L & Kanthal A1 various AWG's from
www.vape-atomizer-mesh.com based in UK.

After an automated email confirming the order and it will be shipped,
I have not been able to get any communication from them.

I have not received any updates/replies from my email requests about tracking and
courier information for order dispatch.

I just wanted to check whether anyone placed an order with them before and
if what your experience have been through your order fulfillment.

I've used them for kanthal (t'was a while back though) and it took a few days to be processed.

Hang on, I'll try and find what communication I got from them...

ETA: Found it! It was three days between order and dispatch and I got an email each time.

Have you signed into your account to see what it says there?

Ah, someone from here has prior experience with them.

Their website, well.....That's another issue.

The online order tracking status of their website does not work.

My account did not get created even after I checked the option to create an account.

I tried through their order tracking without logging in option,
even that does not work.
Says the order does not exist in their system.

I emailed them couple of times in couple of days, and absolute silence.....

Ah, Big Me you are a good bearer of fortune.

I just checked again after your update.
Finally their website says my order is in their system and it is shipped.

But , there is no tracking info just International Recorded which I think might be Royal Mail.

There is no way for me to track its progress and its journey till it reaches me and
they don't reply to my emails....strange

I do have a receipt confirmation from WorldPay.

Calling them Internationally ....time-zones need a bit of coordination,
as I am in Asia.

All I need is a tracking number and it seems to be difficult to obtain from them.

I see that you are from England, Does Royal Mail have a tracking number associated
with every parcel / courier ?

I've ordered a bunch of wire and mesh from them over the years. Usually shipped the next day or the day after. Don't think I've ever opted for a tracked mail option.

I wouldn't worry. They've always been reliable (for me) and well within expectations for international shipping times.

From my experiences, I say you should have no worries. :)

Ah another international user of vape mesh.
Its nice to know you had no issue with their order processing
and quality of the AWG's.

They do however need to ramp up their customer service and also
make it a bit clearer for international users what type of shipping
options are available.

"International Recorded" sounded more like a track enabled service
(which apparently now it seems it is not), it is not even sure whether
it is Royal Mail or another service.

Vape Mesh does sound much better than their actual website url.

They appear to be a brick & mortar company rebranding and relaunching
as a vape site
They're a sister company to the Crazy Wire Company. The parent company has been going for years but that was supplying businesses. It's only recently (last few years?) that they've branched out to supplying wire for vapers.

it is evident now why the customer service is not used to "micro" orders from many a vapers
when they are tuned from years of "macro" and gargantuan orders from a few
