That would indicate they have been blocked/banned by ECF - and that doesn't happen without good reason. Even a cursory Google search of Ali Express has nothing good to say about the place.

i get items via Alie xpress around three years now and no problems at. i think most usa and europe sellers get the items via Ali baba

They are typically a broker for the other suppliers. However from time to time you can find single deals. I've never personally had issues with them-but like all things Internet related, I've heard some real nightmare stories as well.

If it were me, I'd stay with fast tech and China Buye.
