Granted I am a total newbie at this, but the standard PT2/EVOD heads are straightforward to rebuild. I got a couple Aro Pyrex BCCs last week though, and wanted to rebuild a head. I must be missing something because this is really difficult due to the Aro's head configuration. Anyone do this yet??
EDIT: Idiot! Helps to unscrew the head from the base!!

EDIT Redux: A successful attempt! Sure is a lot easier now that I know it's ok if the coils are touching! Had to use silica (only thing on hand) but came out at 2.2ohms and vaped nicely.
And btw there was prior discussion about the Aro's leaking. Some said only when the tank gets low but I keep mine filled and they leak on to my batt pin consistently. Most times I take off one of the Aro's there is juice on the pin. No gurgling or anything... just seems to leak. We'll see if this head leaks now that I rebuilt it. So far I only used the stock builds. I did not replace the flavor wick when I rebuilt.
